hum app

Perfect for knowing if anything is wrong with my car! Also, roadside assistance, emergency call service, vehicle location, safe driving report, and so much more!! All for half the cost to maintain my BlueLink service with Hyundai. You really need to have a hum and this app for every car you own! It take a world of worry off my mind when it is in the car my children are driving; I know ifsomething happens to their car, hum will call for help, and notify me. Priceless!

The map has improved which was my main issue with the app. Now I can see where my car is parked and I can zoom in without the map automatically zooming out. They also need a section where we can send comments to the developer. And an address history of where the car has been would be nice.

Love this thing! I'm not handy with cars so knowing what's wrong with my vehicle without having to trust a mechanic is a great benefit

It works great I just wish when you track your car it would show the car moving in real time. Because now I have to refresh it every time. Which is weird because the first time I tried it, it did track my car in real time. But know it doesn't. If there's a way to fix that if like to know. Thanks .

Since the new update locating a vehicle with the hum is impossible nothing happens. Total waste of money at this point

Great app. It helped me find my stolen car. Took us right the address.

Verizon Charges to buy the Hum then charges a monthly fee but you can't use it. The App is so unstable you can't navigate the app without crashing, it produces errors saying, null null null and can not contact server. No vehicles recognized or showing. So Bummer, doesn't work with Galaxy S8+ or our last phone the S7, multiple phones Im sure. Especially a bummer since we already bought it for 5 cars for business then verizon refuses to cancel hum lines. Sounds like a no win situation. How does a big corporation promote a product that doesnt work and continue to charge for it with refusal to cancel service.

I love Hum. I have AAA also, but I love the diagnostics and that it can automatically detect your location in the event of an emergency. AAA doesn't have that!

Diagnosed a problem with my car that I was then able to pass along to my service center. Called tech service and they were very knowledgeable about my issue. Bluetooth works with my phone for hands free driving. Accidentally hit the medical button and someone answered immediately. A lot of services in one convenient package. Thank you. I liked it so well that I got one for each of my vehicles.

I use this app only for security reasons. I know where my car is at all times. Especially nice to have when I drop the car off at the steelership to get work done on it. Don't want the steelership techs and salesmen joyriding my $55k muscle car. Its happened before but I couldn't prove it, now I can MuhaHaHa!! lol!!

Very well designed and streamlined use. The diagnostic feature is a strong selling point. Being able to identify a problem before it becomes a major fix is worth the small monthly fee. Plus, I try to keep my driving score high and that means driving safer. It's a good way to encourage safe driving.

Decent app, could use an update on timing, since it's always off by an hour. Should pull up and record more information such as, exact speed every second or minute, location, G-forces, along with data from the onboard computer. Call quality on the device is not all that great, and battery life could be improved as well. Other than that, the app is alright.

The "safety" feature measures your phone device, not the hum device. How stupid! It records even when you're a passenger in somebody else's car and you aren't driving. Also, after locating the car on the map, you can't zoom in. The map immediately zooms out again. Hum is good if you break down and just push a button to talk to somebody.

Diagnostic check works spot on. It also has built in navigation and vehicle location services that are great. Local and travel discounts are even better. HUM puts money back in my pocket and does so much more I love this thing!

I love the concept. While I was in the hospital, my father took my car to run an errand for me. He was gone for while so I began tracking him since I was worried. The app does not run in real time. I constantly had to refresh and search for the car. It did it's job in finding the location of the car.. just not what I was hoping. GPS systems show real time traveling.. This one doesn't appear to do that.

The "Take A RIDE" feature doesn't work cause of the beta thing I think. Maybe not I don't know, but so far Hum seems real cool!

Just started using it again. Had problems with the app registration. I'm not necessarily blaming hum or verizon. When i was using it definitely gave me diagnostics on the fly. In a few days i will be taking hum with me to Oregon. Stay tuned for another review soon.

Great job!! Finally a switch to turn off the Safety Scoring when I need my battery life intact for the ride. Or if I'm in someone else's car and it starts scoring me. Once again a top choice app. Everything works beautifully.

I love the diagnosis and the fact that I can track my Teenager, not to mention being able to set a speed alert for when she is driving my car. The design of the speaker could be better; I have accidentally called the Operator and/or Emergency option more often than making phone calls.

Really like all the options with the vehicle health, hands free Cell use and trouble shooting discrepancies. Need to have a better system when Hum is experiencing difficulties with the system. My Hum does not link to the device where I can use the call and end button on the speaker. went to Verizon and they Did not know what was going on with it. Finally had Hum on the line and found out that 6 weeks prior they were aware of the situation.
