Networkfleet Manager for Android
It's ok when you can log in. Most the time log in fails. Can we get a bug fix or something

Log in fails constantly.
It's terrible.
The biggest problem and best feature is the scheduler. They delete after the day ends witch is not good my employees can only see one day. So if it's a 2 day drive either they can see it for day one of the drive then it deletes for day two without them clicking complete or if I schedule it for day 2 they can see it there for making it pointless. Also can't edit the date say my driver gets a head or behind of schedule we can't go in and adjust the date. Last you need a Customer Log so we can just search name
Verizon should be ashamed to have their name on this. We switched our fleet of 40 trucks to network fleet over a year ago and I was promised that they were working to improve their interfaces. They should take notes from nextraq. Besides this app being buggy, you can't even tell which way the vehicles are headed or where they have been from this app.
Just keeps saying login failed. I'll just stick with the full version. What kind of moron made this?
We switched from another company, now we can't even use this app. It does not work and the customer service is..... Non existent. Please read these reviews before you switch or join Verizon Network Fleet.
Had it over a month it does not track or even locate most of the time.
Had an employee park beside me while this app showed he was still home. NOT A TRUST WORTHY APP.
Have 200+ trucks on here switched from Navman.. Update the app and fix the issues!
Can't even log in. It's crap!
Cannot log in due to running android 7.1.1. I was able to sign in on my tab S2 however there really aren't any features worth while. I'll stick to my browser version for now.
Cant find the vehicles on yhe map. Non responsive.

Keeps crashing. Have to log in every time. Not getting what I'm paying for.
Please add to the main map under the fleet drop down the option to pinpoint on the map. Only the profile is viewable from that drop down. I have to type a vehicle name in the search bar to have the option to find it on the map

Pretty impressive. Capability to track vehicle movement would've moved me to give 5 stars.

Won't stay logged in, crashes switching from Fleet to Map, alerts not available on app, routing for Networkfleet can only be done from manager app and does not allow for appointment time or timestamp when completed. Open trouble tickets with Verizon too numerous for issues that should have been fixed before roll-out.
Useless! Vehicle labels are not shown unless you tap and does not show detailed information on the vehicle location. I thought networkfleet.mobi was bad but this is ridiculous. Actually just 1/2 star for me Come on Verizon!
Sure would be nice to stay logged in. And it's not very user friendly. I've tried for a week. It still stinks. Uninstalled.
I opened a trouble ticket with the Networkfleet Customer Service team over a week ago. I still can't get any status regarding the ticket, not had anyone contacted me to troubleshoot.
If it didn't log me out every time I go away from the app, it would give it 4 stars. Ability to track vehicles would give it 5 stars!

This is the worst app and tracker, you will find it just shows you the location of the vehicle and then when you try to get help and call Networkfleet for support to help you with the app & setup there's no one there to help you we have Delphi with Verizon it is the best, may I say the best vehicle tracker you could find but Verizon doesn't want to use them anymore because they have Networkfleet that they own, that is why they want you to use theirs, oh and the price goes from $10 a month for Delphi to $18 a month for Networkfleet basic I just imagine how much the other one is. I would not recommend these to anybody, so when you ask a Verizon Rep to get another Delphi they can't get it but yes they can they just want you to use theirs because Delphi is not owned by Verizon they just use the network, do not waste your money and time
