In-Drive® Mobile App

Im into in drive and have two vehicles locked in. This app is marvelous. Diagnostic, travel data,and best of all it's locator function. I drive trucks cross country so this takes a huge weight off my shoulders when I can make three clicks and this app pin points either one of vehicles. Assisted by Google maps. Two thumbs up. For those having problems plz call customer support. Plz

Even though it has a "remember me" function, it almost always requires a password to run the app. This is nearly worthless. Update: now it just crashes and won't run. Is there a zero star rating?

Although I've updated my UN and PW on the site, the application will not allow me to login. When I attempt to recover my UN within the application by sending it to my mobile number, there is an error. When I attempt to have it emailed to me, the application crashes. I think one star for an unusable program isn't unreasonable.

App was working OK, until our account with In-Drive changed, and then it would not work. Tried to reload, with no success. The worst part is that you have to create a new account for each try.. Why cant I use my In-Drive Account Log-in & Password? Why should I have to link to the device? It should work like the Web Site...only on my phone. with an easier interface.

Can't even set up an account on it: verification code never arrived by email, and the field for entering a cell number is disabled. Update: authorization code arrived 5 minutes later. Didn't work. Try twice more, both failed. Giving up.

The best way I got it to work was to SMS your authorization code. Put it in last. Start at the bottom with your password 1st. (Confirm password) Because it will give you error messages, just ignore them. Go up fill in user ID then authorization code. Push Send.

Password requirements are so long that it makes this app a serious pain to open. Apps should be easy to open 4 digit pass code maybe 6 at most

Every attempt to login has failed. Endless error messages. This is worse than most alpha testing I've experienced.

I was able to log on after entering a ridiculously long password. I don't want to call customer service to change the phone number on the account but apparently I have to because I can't do it on the app. There is a feature to remember my password but it doesn't work. It would be much better if I had a pin number something quick to enter rather than a 10 character password. My bank doesn't even require it to be that long.

Can't scroll down to the submit button after entering info to even set up my account. Keep getting error messages about my username. Not impressed at all

I entered all of my information and new name and password and I get VALIDATION ERROR. Not very user friendly nor useful if it does not accept my information.

I get constant notifications every hour about the app stopping unexpectedly and also the widget doesn't work at all

When I did a scan on my in drive it said it was invalid. WORTHLESS app! And why do you need access to my camera?

I read lots of the reviews for this app there all true maby it would be good if it worked at all!

Does not accept my VIN number on car or cereal number on in drive package I would like some help if you could let me

Always says invalid user or password (I know what they are), states auth codes sent just one minute ago is invalid. This is basically bull$!+. I'm uninstalling and possibly switching to Allstate. Maybe their tech actually works.

Mobile App set up page does not scroll for me to get to the SUBMIT button. Right now - useless!

Absolutely worthless!!! Have tried several time to log in with consistent error result. You can keep this crappy app for all I care.

Installed and connected to my vehicle with no hiccoughs. I downloaded the app for the MPG and diagnostic info. That part seems to work just fine. I have a Galaxy S4 and used the SMS option for the authorization code when setting up my account.

You have to find your vin and register. In drive already knows this information. Then it says it will send you a registration code which it never sends. Don't bother with this crApp.

After free trial it's 35 bucks a year. Really out way the discount you receive.

Most annoying app...doesnt let you create profile...not user friendly

App cant find my VIN....nor my device serial number...also couldn't recognize my username....totally useless

Will not let me log in and when trying to get log in says error I just set it up over the phone.

You could split an atom before pairing a phone through this horrible app. How something as simple as pairing a Bluetooth device to an Android phone can be molested as this app does is a miracle of f*ckery I have never known was possible. This app needs to be pulled and the entire process of pairing BT devices through it should be completely reimagined. Perhaps the minds at MIT or NASA can figure this app out but I am just a simple man wishing to talk hands-free in my vehicle.

When it says it's sent the code, a notification says that it has trouble. But it sends me a code #. But when I use it to set up my username and password, the app says "invalid code". . So this app is worthless! Samsung Galaxy S 3. . . Uninstalling.......

Got it for the discount from State Farm. It worked great for 2 months, now it constantly asks me to register my "new" device...

This is garbage fix it. Can't log in or find my user name. Wow awesome way to go
