The One Talk app allows employees to:
- Make and receive business calls from their mobile devices
- Move calls between your mobile devices and One Talk-capable desk phones
- Transfer calls inside or outside your business
- Set up 6-way conference calls
- and much more

You must be a Verizon One Talk customer to use this app. See http://verizonwireless.com/support/one-talk-from-verizon-employee-legal/ for the One Talk terms and conditions. By using this One Talk app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Think I may finally make the switch to T-Mobile. It's disgusting that Verizon is allowed to keep forcing unneeded and unwanted apps on our phones. If I had a need for this I would have downloaded it on my own terms.

I am tired of trying to delete things I neither want not need. At our September review committee, I will recommend changing to AT&T.

I resent it when Verizon forces apps on me for premium services, sports or sites I don't' use or want on my phone. I don't have a business phone & if my employer wanted me to have a cell phone, they would have to supply it. I am perfectly capable of finding an app, downloading & installing it when I want it. This app is useless to me but yet again, Verizon has forced me to waste my space on My phone. Good way way to lose customers.

by S####:

Never asked for it, don't own a buisness or have use for it, can't delete it. Bullshit. This app, that could have been restricted to business phones, takes up valuable memory space on my phone. How is this legal? I can see it being pre-set, but just randomly when my phone restarts? It's garbage.

stop stealing people money I'm tired to be with Verizon I'm moving to T-Mobile. Even the coverage map showing online is not true a lot of places when I go I don't get signal but the map showing is great signal

Verizon, please keep in mind throughout reading this, it is not in the least my intent to be disrespectful or rude. However, I am sure it has been brought to your attention via the vast majority of previous reviews, it may be in your best interest to make this app optional. On the other hand, Verizon patrons, while this app has been forced upon your phones, it takes up only 51.16mb. It is also disable- able. By going to settings>storage>apps>One talk>disable>ok. Thank you

Tried anything and everything to get rid of One Talk. We're stuck with this app even if we have no use for it. I don't think that is fair to us Verizon!!!

B70%

Hey Verizon, why don't you stop raping all your customers with your bull crap applications. I am sure that all of us are very capable of finding apps that WE WANT. At least give us the ability to uninstall some of this crap you force on us!

This appeared on my phone the other day. Then an update today and it says "bug fixs". Now it's installed but I can't see or try it!!! It took the app icon off the phone. Then it only gives me the option to Uninstall and not an option to open it. I've tried un-installing and re-installing multiple times with the same result.

This app should remove itself. It was in beta and not meant to be sent out. Read up on what it does. This app is the future of mobile communication in the workforce. Communicates with desk phones, tablets, wifi devices, receptionist lines, ect. Excellant idea.

Why in America we are forced to keep things we don't want? This is my phone that I paid for and I should determine what I want. Why is this legal?

S70%
by S####:

If I wanted to use my cell phone for my employer, they would provide one for me. Pointless app.

I didn't ask for this and I don't own a business. Please delete this off my phone. THANK YOU.. Unstalling now

I love when things I don't want just pop up on my phone...

Niche app for specific situations. Good job making it universal, big V.

L70%

Considering the significant amount I pay for monthly service, why is my phone being filled up with apps I didn't ask for our want? Class action suit needed to prevent this abuse by phone companies?

S70%
by S####:

I have so many apps on my phone that I don't need already. Installing this without my consent is not fair. I don't have much space on my phone. Installing apps with no known way to uninstall it isn't right

Nobody wanted this, we want Wi-Fi calling! We have been asking for years now! And it wouldn't hurt to give the pre paid users VoLTE and HD calling! The next network to pass Verizon in coverage I'm leaving and never coming back!
