The Universal Identity Services application is a security solution that facilitates strong authentication to web sites, applications, and/or networks. The available features of this application include a one-time passcode generator and a mobile message center for reviewing, approving, and/or rejecting transactions. In order to use this application, you must first register for a Verizon Universal ID. During the registration process you will receive an activation code that is required to enable use of this application.

Constantly crashes on startup. Completely unreliable. I would estimate it works 10% of the time. Only option is to clear data and set up again, or wait for a random amount of time. Even rebooting doesn't help. Practically unusable. Amazing Verizon would produce this shabby app.
