Like everyone else the app drops calls, doesn't connect, or just plain sucks. I like the concept of not carrying an office phone so I just forwarded all my calls to my cell number and everything works fine. Dealing with my sales rep is like dealing with a used car salesman. Just keeps pushing other options that will fix the issues. Lol

This app is horrible. I thought it would be the answer to my small business phone calls. Im so disappointed. Drops calls, cuts in and out, sometimes calls don't ring in at all, no visual voice mail, and finally, it's hard to get any support. After my busiest season of the year (December) is over, I'll be looking for a new solution. We can't afford to appear so unprofessional.

Terrible. I'll go days thinking I'm not getting calls to my business then I'll realize it's reconnecting. I have to uninstall and reconnect. It's also impossible to get it to work on a non Verizon phone. It's supposed to allow u to add multiple people so a cxall never goes unanswered. Well, I can't get it to synch with any employees phones resulting in the loss of thousands of dollars of bookings. I hate this app. Shame on u Verizon

Just like when the first health care program roll out it had some kinks, it worked for me a couple weeks, had minimum problems, have to keep refreshing it, when they get this right it's going to be a very good program for not having office personal, and the payroll I which I could pay, but it's not realistic in today's business word. Patience is a virtue. It can only get better, and it will be worth the wait.

App is simply not ready, especially if you're relying on it for your livelihood. Same complaints as other users. You can work through the bugs, but when time is money and you're already short on time AND you value your connections with your customers... this app fails miserably.

S70%
by S####:

App is zero stars because of all the reasons mentioned. Scored 2 stars because the OneTalk desk phone reliably solves the cellular connection issue I have from my basement office. Thankfully I can use the desk phone without the buggy app.

I have had this app for about a week and I am scared to think of how many calls I have missed. When I do get a call the people calling me can't hear me. I really wish I did my homework before signing up for this with my business number. I guess I will be going back to carrying around two phones. Which is cool with me. I would only recommend one talk to someone who has a business and does not want to talk to their clients.

Had trouble with this APP at first THEN used Verizon's Tech Coach APP and allowed them to ENTER my Samsung NOTE8 to make changes. One thing they did was allow background Data usage when screen is locked. Now, I wish I could block numbers to lessen telemarketers. HEY VERIZON can you update ur APP to do so????? And lastly this APP may not be perfect but better than carrying a 2nd phone

Do NOT rely on this for business! The idea of the app is great. But it's current platform is horrible. Poor connections. Frequently shows "reconnecting". Notifications and calls from your actual phone will chime in during calls. Bummer, because the thought of this app has so many great benefits.

It's simply not at all ready for prime time. If you consider that it is targeted at business users, you will be embarrassed with constant call dropping and extremely poor call quality. Good idea, useless execution.

X70%
by X####:

VERY buggy! Calls drop, connections to the phone drop, audio incoming drops while the caller can hear me. Audio quality awful. This needs to be fixed, pronto! Definitely not ready for business prime time!

S70%
by S####:

Concept good but the quality of calls is poor. Some of my customers had issues hearing me clearly. I would lose a call in the middle of talking and could no longer hear my customer but from what I'm told they could hear me. Connection issues even after turning off my data and only used when on wifi as instructed by support. Sent feedback when app would lock up but also received error messages when not using the app. Seemed to be getting better but not perfect. My company has decided to give me back a cell & discontinue using the app in less than 2 months.

Avoid this entire phone system like the plague. Poor voice quality, dropped calls, and locked desktop phone systems that are only useable through Verizon. We now own 10 Yealink phones that are worthless and Verizon is unwilling to buy back their terrible unfinished product. This application has few features compared to other providers. It also costs as much or more than other providers. -Update: We were lucky enough to have our representative come in and talk with us about the problems. No solution was provided at the time. We were told to make a record of our dropped calls so they could figure out what the problem was. I guess even verizon doesn't know how their system works. Still waiting for a solution.

by S####:

This app is totally buggy. It only works occasionally. I thought this would be a great solution to have my cell phone linked to my office, but it shuts down in the middle of calls, freezes the entire system requiring me to restart the phone. On multiple occasions, I have had patients with emergencies not being able to reach me, or me getting a message way past when I needed it. The work system is also spotty at best, and is driving my receptionist crazy. Time to look for another option. Unfortunately, I've already spent over $1000 I'm phones that I'm sure I can't use for anything else.

K70%
by K####:

It's good that they have this app, but it's missing some key features. Music doesn't pause when phone rings Do not disturb seems to just not work at all Can't choose which lines to accept calls, so it's either all calls in my hunt group or no calls, which means I can't only accept calls for my direct line Appreciate the attempt, but I prefer Google Voice

S70%
by S####:

Worst app ever. Do not get this service from Verizon. I'm really shocked that Verizon created something so bad

S70%

If had this app for about 3 months and just haven't been impressed keeps missing calls and saying reconnecting it was the wrong business move for me and have had multiple people just tell me that they can't reach me.

App is horrible. I miss calls for weeks. I miss vmails for weeks. Drops calls. Awful awful awful. Do not use for your business!

App constantly crashes and poor call quality. It is only good if you constantly forward calls

After spending hours at the Verizon store I found out my device HTC one Max is not a compatible device. Verizon is now sending me a replacement phone Samsung something, so I can have the business line using one talk, after reading the reviews, I have elected to go back to my original plan, I will probably return the phone. Dare I switch to at&t?

The one talk app had it's problems at first but now with the updates the dropped calls are no longer get an issue. I was concerned I wasn't getting my calls to my phone then I was informed that if the call goes straight to voicemail it is because I am in a poor service area for my provider because the app works on internet and data

S70%
by S####:

The idea is great but it doesn't work. I can't wait to get away from it. It keeps disconnecting and not being able to reconnect. How many calls or text did we miss? Voice crackles, voicemail sucks, I stick with Verizon because they are the most reliable, well not with one talk.

S70%
by S####:

One Talk could be one of the worst things to roll out in communications. I don't think Verizon realizes how bad it is. I'm not comfortable knowing that my calls will get to me. Verizon support on this is also poor. I've wasted many hours on this and it still don't work properly. I am pissed that I decided to move forward with this service. Your product is only as good as its weakest link, and there is more than one.

When app works it is great. This potentially can be a great useful tool to operate a business. But I have missed calls that I do not receive in the app. And the app periodicly crashes. A continuously has communication issues

B70%
by B####:

Way to many bugs. It's incredibly frustrating to use. Sometimes it rings. Sometimes it doesn't. It's constantly nagging me that I have a voicemail when I've listened to it ALL the way to the end. It also takes 40 seconds before I can even begin to listen to the darn message. Just play the message. Like a normal voicemail system. It's also hard to end a call. I have to wake my phone up, swipe through my lock sceeen, and then I'm allowed to hang up. This program needs some actual thought put into it before I can rate it better or recommend it to anyone else. I feel like the basics we're ignored. We have multiple people trying to use this for it's advertised purpose and it's failing. I hope I can change this in the next 6 months!

Verizon better have an entire team of people working on this app to save the customer base. First problem 99% of the time it will not make a peep when I get a call or message it will vibrate with a call. Emailed tech support they say it's linked to the phone volume, Ok but phone rings loudly then they quit responding to my emails. Reinstalled the app several times still no change on volume or any other problem. Second problem is it will drop the call when transitioning from wifi to cell it happens every time and they know about it so if you are on a call you can't leave the wifi are until you are finished. Third almost every time I go to make a call with it it says the app has disconnected and needs to reconnect. How many calls did I miss while it was disconnected? Fourth when you are on a call through the app and you get a cell call it just rings through like you weren't on the phone so with your ringer blaring you have to take the phone away from your face and send the other call to vm then finish your app call. I'd be embarrassed if I was the one that released this pile of app.

Worked fine except that it would turn off once in a while and I would not know it did. Now it seems to be continually trying to reconnect and I have to restart my phone to get it to work. Also have an issue with it not ringing on my cell, and I have voicemail with no missed calls.

S70%
by S####:

Since installing my calls get dropped and people can't hear me. One call is associated with my business phone but seems to impact the personal side when I'm not using it for business purposes.

S70%

Since switching to Verizon, I've been flooded with Spam callers. This app and the OneTalk VOIP phone need to offer the ability to block callers.

S70%

Verizon creating this app and the updates of the features and functionality throughout the last year has been very impressive. Anytime I can improve our productivity and customer experience while being mobile is a great thing! Thank you Verizon

F70%
by F####:

I regret ever giving up my business line for this. Half the time I can't call out or receive calls, so worthless! Sometimes if the app is on it interferes with me getting my personal voicemail.

S70%
by S####:

Over 6 weeks and it still isn't functioning. Had a full week of my costumers being told my line was disconnected. But Verizon is sorry so...

B70%
by B####:

Sometimes the app works fine and sometimes it freezes up where you have to reboot the phone so you can make call and that's not go for business.
