Makes paying your bill and anything else you need to do with your FiOS TV or Internet connection extremely easy without having to call in to a call center and be on hold for 20 minutes and have to deal with some low-level Lee trained customer service agent great up very happy with it

This app blows, doubled my payment, so i had to call them to get that 'fixed' and then i submit a payment today and it changed 180 to 443.60 Be wary if you owe these thugs money. Update, techs can't alter payments after being submitted from app.

Cannot access phone messages, emails...only thing it does let you do is see your bill and wifi settings. For what we pay it should drive us around and fix meals too.

Been using it seance 2014 I've been with my fios I love it very easy to use and handle everything in the Palm of your hands it's incredible boom fix a problem boom pay a bill boom earn points boom do a account change so many thing I highly recommend it!!
