Unlimited. Unlimited. Unlimited. Talk and text always on data. Ya right. I got this phone a month ago , or will be the 13 , today's the 7th. No unlimited. Anything with Verizon if u go on trips work out of tow a lot. Hay FBI don't get Verizon. It starts romoning. Soon as or out of tow . and then or text. 25. And I've put. 2. 50.00. Unlimited. Talk text cards on here and 4. 45.00. Cards already. And they already letting me know to put my 50.00. Plan money on by the 12th. Even the i didn't even buy phone till 13th. And I might have made 13 calls for all that money . run run any cell company. Or texting except Verizon

Please add a secondary command on the automatic swipe right which automatically dials a person. or swipe left deletes. I'm constantly scrolling thru my friends list and if I just barely swipe one just a little too much to the right, it starts dialing them at 3am. if you add a secondary, "are you sure you want to call...yes/no" that would stave off the embarrassing accidentally call. it asks me if I want to delete if I swipe left so why not ask me if I want to call if I swipe right rather than just automatically dialing.

A great messaging app, does exactly what I need it to and has extra bells and whistles to make it that much more enjoyable. My only gripe right now is that it's not making use of the Android Wear 2.0 keyboards. It's minor, but it's a great app to use with my smartwatch so it would be nice to have access to the keyboards rather than relying on canned responses or speech-to-text.

The wifi calling feature is useful on my Android tablet. Thanks. Why can't I have the same thing on my Verizon phone where it would be REALLY useful? On the phone WiFi calling does not work when there is a weak cell phone signal. If I switch to airplane mode it won't let me make a WiFi call. What's up with that?

Used to love this app but it's absolutely awful on Android Nougat. No MMS means no picture texts and no group texts. It just shows it permanently "downloading". Edit: Nougat issues fixed, but it's disappointing that with every major Android update major things go wrong. Devs get months to work out bugs before new releases.

PLEASE take off the AUTOMATIC swipe to call feature. Or at least confirm the action FIRST! I am calling people constantly by mistake. I'm terrified to use this App! I called my BOSS last night after 10... FIX IT or you'll lose a ton of users! Researching a new one.

Not bad, I like the swipe. But if I swipe out a word that has a little emoji associated with it, but I meant to type another word with a similar swipe pattern, then an issue arises. The issue is that if I try to choose one of the other word options, but the incorrect word already has that box signifying it has an emoji, then instead of replacing the incorrect word, it will replace the last letter of the incorrect word with the word that I've chosen instead.

Driving mode is continuously turning itself on and off every one to two minutes at the most , it's chiming constantly , yet driving mode is not turned on in settings . Its embarrassing and beyond frustrating. I cant use my phone as needed and dont dare leave it on when in public. I no longer get read receipt delivery report typing notifications all my delivery Reports say sent, never delivered, never read. I never get read receipts anymore. Fix please. Immediately if not sooner.

Best messaging app I've ever used. It has an amazingly clean look, super cute emojis.....it interfaces with dozens of other apps, and even has a feature that(with a couple clicks), allows you to send gift cards as gifts, right through the app. I have o my one complaint.... it doesn't allow you to add a bitmoji pic unless you save the pic first, or open Bitmoji first. I would give it 5 stars if they fixed this one minor issue. Overall, great app!

So honestly I don't like this new update. I have OCD and it's a slight problem for me because all the bubbles are white. Is there a way to change the bubble colors and I liked the messaging better when it was just yellow. I don't like the red. It's too intense for what it is. So next update can you change that and add the color changing bubbles. It makes me want to throw the phone across the room. I don't like it

I like the messenger, just miss alot of older things about Verizon. I've had Verizon since 2007 back when flip phones were still awesome. My flip phone had cute little animated emojis what happened to those emojis with everything evolving and getting better you would thing the little animated emojis would still exist

Please help me. Every time I restart my phone I get this message telling me, "The MDN changed, resetting app settings" then I have to start message plus allllll over again and it take a little bit. It's been doing this for at least a month now. I waited thinking it would be fixed in an update, I am so far the only one with this issue and I do not, to my knowledge, have integrated messaging set up on any other device. All my messages should only be going to my Google Pixel phone. Please help me Verizon Dx

My outgoing texts continue being flagged as 'sending' but recipients are getting my messages. However they continue to receive the same message several times later on. It is very frustrating because I am not sure if all messages are being sent. I recently uninstalled and then reinstalled which worked for about a week. Now i am having the same issue.

do not disturb broken on s8 with only this app. app not set as priority. notifications still come through. muting all convos at night is a terrible workaround. please fix. this seems like basic app development as in no other app installed has this problem. when you use report, it just creates a message of sys info to no one. what is the contact address of where to send it? -_- i already uninstalled this app. textra is amazing.

Dropping a star, as the below still applies. In addition, I noticed you keep defaulting the Send Read Receipt to on every update. STOP this design practice! My response to a text is my indication. Fails to follow "silence" settings on phone. With all notifications set to silent over night, texts still cause phone to vibrate.

Update so it's not crashing! It's also slow! Do that and I will rate 5 stars! The last update is causing major problems. It freezes constantly and then my phone freezes. Sends messages on its own. Please update app. Give it 5 stars if it ever gets fixed

This new update took away my ability to schedule messages. So now I can't set my messages to send when I know I won't be waking people up. I'm in Colorado and my family in Oregon makes it hard with the time difference and work schedules to text and not wake each other up. Very disappointed

Earlier versions have progressively improved. This version seems fairly stable. However why after a reboot does a message come up stating the device MDN has changed.. Which it shouldn't... And the service does not automatically start? Must start manually

The last update has messed everything up. It gets stuck and says sending and even when I read my message, it tells me u have unread ones. Horrible update! There was nothing wrong before.

I really enjoy this app. It would be even more amazing it if it gave the option to reply to messages using the keyboard on Android wear instead of just using canned responses or voice. I can reply to other messages (emails etc) using the keyboard on the watch, but just not with Verizon Messages.

STOP IT VERIZON! I don't want the voice calling feature. Every single time there's an update to the app, they try to force it on you again. You move the voice calling slider to the off position and it immediately gives you a pop-up asking for you 911 address so it can be enabled. ANNOYING - INCREDIBLY. Virtually impossible to stop it from repeating ad nauseum.

Horrible worked well untill mandatory download. Now i am not notified by either vibrate or sound when txt comes in. If receive txt from group have to hit download does not always come through. Not notified of any voicemail anymore. Receive msg saying "something went wrong" very frustrating

They just fixed whatever bug had it crashing every time I opened it and now every update changes my settings. I shouldn't have to readjust my settings bc they update and change them! So annoying. Not using this app any more.

Well thought out. The Glympse feature doesn't always work for the recipient (shows as just a blue screen) but this may be a matter of technical support and resolvable. And while I'm certain that I don't use it to its fullest capacity I like the lay-out and what function I do employ of it.

I have a Motorola g4 and since last upgrade of messanger+ some foreign character. I already call Motorola and they cannot do anything about it is a messenger up issue. The problem is on something I can go around it, but on some other is really a pain in the butt

THIS IS A HORRIBLE APP! I USED TO LOVE THIS APP I HAVE HAD IT SINCE I HAVE HAD SERVICE VERIZON. THEN ONE DAY IT STOPPED WORKING AFTER A UPDATE ON MY PHONE. I HAVE REPORTED THE ISSUE NUMEROUS TIMES AND IT STILL HASN'T BEEN RESOLVED.

Will not send photos unless I'm connected to Wi-Fi. Can't send video receiving text hours after they were sent. I hate Verizon. I don't even use this app anymore I use WhatsApp it's more dependable. This is the worst messenger app ever. Verizon has the worst signal. There are too many other options in this area now goodbye Verizon. I should also mention that the report bug feature doesn't work either

When it works it is great but it randomly decides not to send and receive text. Very frustrating. Have to delete now I had an emergency and none of my text were sent or received, I'm done!

This app used to work great. However, ever since the latest update, it keeps crashing on my new tablet, Huawei Mediapad M3. Please fix as soon as possible! Update on 6/27/2017: still can't even open the app on my Hussein Media pad M3 tablet! Please fix!

Every time you update, which is everyday it changes your settings back to what these a-holes think is better....like showing peoppe you read their texts. Weird how they somehow think their choice for MY settings are better. App is a waste of time. They also downgrade video bad. Go get an app that lets you keep the settings you choose

This app is easy to use. It does so much I haven't even figured it all out yet. I love how you can restore messages if your phone is lost or you get a new 1!

Everything good. Except for the double window when I go to text. I got contacts on the left and message area on the right. Just recently came up & I don't know why. Will look for another app if I don't have option to turn split screen on and off. Went online and many others complaining.

Text is not visible on my MacBook. App works fine on the phone and I was really impressed by the app. However it becomes useless in Mac as I am not able to read the messages and all messages are blank. Hope Verizon fixes the app soon. Changed to 4 * after Verizon fixed the above issue

I've always (mostly) loved this app, until recently. It will not allow me to send or receive any MMS. This is quite frustrating and inconvenient considering that's how group text come through. It just says "downloading" then it fails. Fix this asap please (for galaxy s7 edge)

I like that my messages are saved to their server so I can get them on other devices. It doesn't allow me to set different tones for different people, though, or only allow through certain people during night time. Just ok in most features

Picture editor is the worst I've ever used, worthless. You can't even view pictures people send you because the lower half of them are cut off to display a preview of the other pictures sent to you. When I contacted the developer they cite this is normal and " the app is working as designed". How is it normal that you can't see half of your picture?

Love this SMS app. has a driving mode that sends auto messages when Bluetooth connected.. has lots of fun features and customizibility. and MMS seems to work consistently. haven't had any major issues.. still testing but love so far!

LIES. The update says you can group text up to 250 people, still only lets me do 20 at a time. That's not new and improved, that's the same as it's always been. But, it's still one of the best every day texting apps available.

I love this app. Not a Verizon customer but love this app over any other I have tried . I have been using this app 5 months now with no issues. I noticed after a update it stopped saying sent then delivered though ? Now it just shows Sent. I'm almost sure when it said delivered it was after some 1 read the txt u sent. Which I kinda liked. I tested the theory by sending a Txt to Gfs cell and it stayed showing SENT until I read the TXT then switch to delivered. Please add that back.
