When using the payments tab the app won't let you enter cents. Fix this quick. I have payments to make!

depositing checks consistently has bugs. fix them so it works. latest is when u enter . for cents all ur numbers are deleted.

I've been using it for check deposits for 6 months not one issue once. I have a Samsung. Not sure if androids make a difference or not.

Never been able to get it working on my phone, and I've tried all convenient and inconvenient possibilities. Verity ' s online banking website is weak, too.

Miss spelled my login name, will not let me correct it. I can't use the app at all. Un installed the app 3 times kept trying to change login name, Verity members services couldn't help at all.

I've loaded & reloaded this app numerous times and once it's installed it won't open. It goes to the home screen and then back to my phone's screen. Very frustrating

Not really worth anything without the mobile deposit function. Camera refuses to focus and deposit is not being accepted.

The app reloads every time it loses focus and you can't paste text into the password field. This, coupled with Verity's refusal to bring their password standards into the present, means that if you can't remember your password, you can't log in without a second device or writing your PW down physically. It also doesn't support fingerprint.

It needs a help page to add or delete scheduled billers.

Shuts down when I try to photograph the front of my check. Pathetic.

I was about to download the newest update but it says it needs access to my browser history. Why would my credit union app need that information?

Keeps saying system error and I have to re-down load app every time to check my balance

What happened to the app that WORKED?

Camera switches to upside down and backward for check image capture. Once image is taken, app crashes. This has happened through a few updates and three different phones. Why not just allow me to upload images from my perfectly functional camera?

Took picture of the front and back of check it was completely readable (5 times) kept getting a message that it wasn't readable. Very frustrating now I have to find an atm to make a deposit. Going to uninstall this stupid app.

I use a password manager to store my passwords, being unable to paste them into the password field makes this app unusable. I'm not going to type my 12 character password that includes symbols and cases in on my phone.

App has improved noticably since previous versions. Almost full feature parity with web portal.

I can't deposit checks anymore because I can't manage to use my camera because of what your app does to it. It creates like an upside down mirror image or something. I'm a little dyslexic, that does not work for my brain and I can't get good pictures.

Every time your company changes apps I have to change passwords. Now the app received an update and won't let me login. If I have to create yet another new password I'm ditching this bank for good.

I refuse to take the time to list all the reasons this app is unusable. I travel often for work, and I rely on mobile banking - Verity is a great CU but this app is a nightmare and I am considering taking my business elsewhere. Look at the dates on your poor ratings: whatever version we had about a year ago, let's just call it quits on the update and go back, please. I haven't the patience to reinstall this a third time today just to check a balance, I'm totally furious, the app is garbage.

They updated it to "allow" passwords to be dropped in by my password manager. However, the test field doesn't allow the Paste function, so I have to execute the perfect order of tasks to get LastPass to populate in. It's a mobile platform; it's not like I have my password sitting in a notepad. And even if I did, that's on me. Require a strong password, but don't put hoops on people to do it Your Way. Still a bad UX. What really drives this down to one star, and might just be on my Nexus 5X, is that the camera is somehow reversed, in both the X and Y axis. This makes getting a check picture into the app properly a mind-bending, maddening feat.

Why doesn't this credit union simply hire a company to build an legit app that doesn't crash, log the user out every time for toggling to another app, and fail to show pending transactions? BECU can do it, why can't Verity?

They merged the security credentials with the browser version, which may be good or bad depending on how it is sent. The images are super pixelated; the developer clearly isn't good at design work. The layout is actually worse now. There are now more options which is okay. I wish Verify would shop vendors before wasting money on these half-assed apps.

The focusing while trying to take photos of the check is horrendous. It juat randomly selects a spot that is anywhere but the surface of the check and locks focus there. No option to focus elsewhere. Only works half the time when you manage to get a clear photo.

I can't get it to work, Verity can't get it to work, what value might it have? Customer since you were NW Federal Credit Union. You need to contact me by Wed 5/18 or will have to close acct.

I use a password manager so that I can have strong and complex passwords. The latest version disables the ability to paste passwords which makes it difficult to use a good and secure password!

It only shows my checking account not my credit card or even my savings. Its totally garbage.

the check deposit is useless i end up having to go to the bank anyways.

I started to feel like I was just another techie user of portable programs, but in all consideration. ...I truly enjoy the convenience of this app. Thanks Verity CU!

It was fine for a while, but a recent update seems to have broken something. I've tried both this one and the other version. Neither work. Get it together, Verity!

Can't paste passwords so only lame passwords will be used. If you background it for any reason it logs you out. A bad app made by some intern.

Constantly fails on my, specifically when I really need access to my accounts. Horrible and annoying, has caused overdraft fees due to not actually transferring when transfeted.
