Why can't I disable "full network access"? This app doesn't need network access at all. Also sad it's not open source, don't know what it is doing.

On my tablet I have to keep reinstalling it. Works fine on phone but I want a backup device if phone isn't working.

Visual effects unnecessarily delay the display of the code

Verification approval request token stopped working since couple of months which was a key feature and very quick way to authenticate

It is the fourth time am reinstalling the software today. Am really getting frustrated on using the application. Initially I installed this software for the first time - past April 2016 for more than a year there was no problem. But the issue stated from past two months. And still no fix even after updating the software the latest version. Kindly work on it and try to resolve the issue. I hope this will review helpful for you to improve your application. I guess I'm one of they few that never had a problem with this app. I use Norton for just about everything. My only complaint is they prayer the hell out of you with "spam" and no unsubscribe. But that's a different issue. The reason for 3 stars and not 5 is because unlike Google authenticator the Android Wear screen only shows you the main auth for code. If you set up other websites with two factor authentication using this app you can't swipe left on your watch to get the code for the website you are logging into. As such I only use this for one website.

They fight malware by hiring malware creatores. Makes perfect sense right? Hire the people who hacked you in the first place.... Norton is the worst cyber security company globally. Your better off buying freeware or Avira.

Only works half the time. Not updated efficiently, to maintain functionality on new Android versions. Edit: Been a few weeks now and it's still broken. One thing i learned, never trust Symantec with Enterprise. They fall to even keep their app up to date. I guess it's not meant for business/Enterprise use? Not surprising to see this type of thing from Symantec

I have honor 8 pro.. I always get the error showing my phone does not support proximity.Hence I am unable to pair my mobile device. Not sure how to fix this. Any help on this would be appreciated. I also saw similar error on Honor 7x

The app has a very nice UI. However, I can't seem to locate the option for fingerprint unlock as advertised in the apps description. I really liked Norton apps but knowing that this authenticator app does not support manual keying of codes instead of QR Codes makes me think twice in using this app. Please fix the issues and this app will be the best one in the market. ????

App crashes on Galaxy A5 after software updates, need this app to access work related documents and can only use from one device. The app needs to be faster updated to avoid problems like this.

Terrible. Works fine for weeks then dies, error 4002. Leaves me stuck trying to cover work remotely over the holidays and can't login. Has to be made recoverable.

Love the feature that shows the code on the screen without opening the app. Unfortunately, app doesn't work with split screen, making registration and authentication of other apps on the phone VERY difficult. Would be five stars with split screen enabled.

Stopped working after my Nexus 6P was upgraded to Android 8.0.0. I believe the Android upgrade changed my SYMC code changed. After reinstall and updating MyNorton account with the NEW SYMC code it has started working again.

Y have removed the refresh button? The key does not work many times. And now since u removed the refresh button, we have close and reopen the app to have a new code which works. No other work around works. My entire team is facing this issue.

After updated the android to 7. Now this app doesn't work. And I can not uninstall it, because after that I need to register again with company computer network, which is now I am out of country, no way I will get company network here..

App keeps crashing when I try to open it after having upgraded to Nougat. Had to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work again.

No longer working . Initially it was just giving me all zeros for my number. Uninstalled it then reinstalled it and it was giving me a code but it never works with my bank account . I now have to visit my branch each time I need to pay a new customer.

Troublesome Used Norton for years but cannot get past the screen which says create account, then I get an E500 error

Update: Folks whose app is crashing continuously after the update, try restarting your phone and then reinstalling the app. Worked for me.

Won't send push notification to approve logins. Security code won't even work. Worst authenticator ever!
