Whenever i try to creat an account it keeps showing that stupid message " Invalid Request Message "

App scrolling is very slow and lagging. Doesn't show balance per transaction on credit card.

This is a new issue, now all devices are not working due to security issues in addition to not allowing rooted devices to work!!! Also still after logging out, app still keeps device awake & display does not turn off reducing battery life. Have to force close it. It even sometimes starts by itself in the background & keeps device awake.

Not working since more than a month now. Restore my device to factory settings but to no avail. Are you reading the comments dear Developers? Do something to fix this issue please.

The application is good overall, however I'd suggest losing the rotating wheel which is used to select the various services offered by the app, it is really annoying and is difficult to use in my opinion, using simple buttons instead is much better.

The Spinning wheel is not user friendly. Needs to be much simpler straight forward buttons.

Good but I wish if it support tablets

I'd tried it many times since ver. 1 but unfortunately the same issue of keeping screen awake and draining battery power.

Bad UI and low resolution.

Great App

The app overall is decent. Most of the times it does what it is meant for. Other times, it crashes and it keeps send you error messages. The app doesn't have a fult or reporting feature or even an improvement hotline to receive the users comments. I hope though with today's (30th Apr,14) update, many bugs are resolved.

Even after quitting the app, it remains in the memory and stops phone from going into sleep mode so screen remains on and drains battery. Also, Please change the UI to the menu based.

Get rid off the circle gear menu and make it like list view foe easy access. Make it possible to view statements that is older than 30 days also available for download as PDF.

I have a UK account with there app compared to this is like comparing Qatar now back 30 years. Please get a new developer !
