Thank u for fixing the app., works good now. This is a good app., The points r good, seeing the specials is always good. Plaid has many in store specials, thank u. Please could I get back the 200points lost during this bug. I work really hard getting my points. If u would please return my points, that would be great.????????

The update has fixed it and it opens just fine now and redeems the coupons, but I still lost 50 points from trying to open the coupon.

Works great lately me and about 4-6 people haven't been able to get it to redeem the screen that scans it's sits and says "loading redemption" and won't do anything else also I wasted about 200 points trying it over and over even resetting my phone didn't work.

I love how I can get a free drink or 1$ coffees, but every week it decides to just keep loading, never open and it's annoying to delete and download it again

I work at Plaid and have used this app so many times. It's always good to also check to see what coupon deals the clerk's on shift have. :-)

So they fixed the app the last time it decided not to work. Now it hangs trying to load. Have uninstalled it and reinstalled, still won't load. Even loaded it on my wife's phone and it just hangs at loading.

It's like getting thanked for all the money I spend at plaid! Its really nice, just wish it was retro active!

It didn't work

Plaid pantry is notorious for being the low convenience store on the totem pole but this app makes it better because you get free stuff like coffee soda by playing match game and on occasion candy. If it loaded faster would have gotten 5 starts. I live down the street from one and like many other people that have commented, I make a point to avoid 7 Eleven and head to a Plaid. Thanks for all the free ingestive products.

The app has been working fine ... a little slow though. When are you going to include more freebies or at least something else I can use my points on. Getting kinda tired of just soda

Well it still sucks at opening but other than that it's a great app. The update months ago ruined it and then my and my mom where all happy about the update at the beginning of July but then it did no difference. The update a day after that still did no difference, but this one, yes finally, instead of 3 mins it only took 1! Atleast that's a start!

Takes forever to load! I was sitting at plaid pantry for 30 munites trying to open this app, pissed me off. Fix and I'll change my rating

I used to use the app all the time then suddenly it quit working. It hasn't worked for a month. When will there be an update to fix this?

It's been loading but can not do anything. No checking in or playing the game. Really need to location to load but that too will not work.

Today I launched the app and it won't allow me to select anything. I'm still running the same version of Android, it worked last week. Today it doesn't respond to touches except to highlight one selection at the bottom, which goes nowhere. Please fix this. I heard it doesn't support marshmallow either.

Seriously, you're probably going right by, if not TO a Plaid anyway, but just in case you're not sure, the app Will set you straight when you check the store locator! And how CONVENIENT is it to already know some of what's on sale? But WAIT, there's MORE!... You PLAY a FREE game that helps you build & improve your cognitive memory recall skills & THEN you get points toward FREE soda or HEEUGE discounts off already decent prices for that coffee that makes morning happen without casualties... MIND...BLOWN.

Use to work. Now only main screen comes up, cannot check in or go to points earned. Please fix it!!

The prizes are not showing up for anyone in my family that has this app. Please check on it, and fix it.

It keeps saying it's unable to connect to server. There's also less features than that of the IPhone version.

The app NEVER displays correctly on my phone since the last updated. The daily trivia has only shown up once, the words are missing, and the checkbox to check in is sometimes off the screen. It would be really nice if there were other rewards available besides soda, too.

Always having problems with bugs trying to check in.

Don't waste your time if you were thinking of getting some deals or using some of the coupons they offer! I downloaded the app and got excited by a free fountain drink coupon, so I walk all the way to the store and the cashier tells me that his boss told him to not accept any coupon other than the paper ones. So, this app is just useless!!!!

This app is lame. Had trouble downloading it to start with them it's not even worth it. 711 app rocks. This one....... don't bother
