On my Samsung Galaxy S6, I had issues leaving the Golden Opportunities page as I was unable to swipe back to the Hone page. As a result, I had to uninstall and reinstall the Levi Stadium app. I am unsure if others experienced the same issue on S6 or other devices. However, this feature should be looked into if it is a persistent issue.

Very hinky. Was not able to complete an order. And even trying to start an order was problematic. Either the server can't handle even pre season game day load or the app itself is buggy. Or both.

Just had to uninstall and reinstall this for today's game. When it works it's great, but forcing season ticket holders down this path with no back up option is a slippery slope! Need consistency.

Haven't been able to load tickets even after refreshing the page or signing out and back in. Luckily, my cousin was with me and I was able to pull it up on her iPhone. It was wasn't for that, I would not have been able to get in the game. I thought it was a connection issue. It wasn't, it's the app itself. The developer(s) for this app need to treat this as an emergency bug fix amongst issues others have been experiencing.

Does not open for me, and always had issues in past with my tickets, especially at gate when trying to enter games. Miss hard copy and think they need to invest more money and resources with this app since were spending so much money.

If I did this review last year I would have said it was a great app and worked well. Today I would have to say it has gone down hill considerably. I can't even open the app to get my tickets. I was forced to print the tickets at home and even that wasn't easy to do. Very disappointed, especially since no one you talk to with the 49ers seem to care enough to help. Updated 3/18/17- I have contacted the 49ers about this and nothing has helped. I even tried today just to see and it still doesnt work. I guess the 49ers just don't care if their app worka or not.

Updated...app still not working as of Rams game. get this fixed! A few weeks back the update is a total failure. App loads and goes to an internet connection failure. This app has been great for the past year but this is unacceptable. Now I can't use the app for tickets, for food orders, for discounts. Good job moving to a tech oriented setup and them breaking the interface to utilize it.
