The idea for Core strength fitness has come about from over 10 years of experience in the sport, fitness and martial arts industry.
After Owning a large commercial Fitness centre and being involved in personal training studios, owner Brenden Wilkins has come up with a plan to give people the chance to AFFORDABLY reach their health and fitness goals with all the help and support needed to do so.
Over the years it has come to be that so many people miss out on the exercise they need to live a healthy happy life due to lack of knowledge or cost of training,
At a regular gym or fitness centre you might pay $15 to $20 per week over 12 months just to walk in the door, get shown around and a quick demo of the equipment, from there you're on your own, It will be good for the first couple of weeks and the staff will give you a bit of attention, soon all you'll get is hello on the way in, you won't be seeing the results you wanted and will lose interest, then They will want another $50 to $100 for a trainer and program.
Usually people need 3 sessions a week to achieve good lasting results if your already paying $15 for member ship then $150 for a trainer you're up for $165 a week over 12 weeks that's $1980 and $7920 for the year who can afford that !
At CSF our goal is to provide our clients with top of the range equipment, qualified experienced trainers and well priced personal attention to achieve these results.
To do this we have set up group fitness programs so every time you walk in you are in the hands of a qualified trainer weather it is a weight work out, martial art or fitness class you will never be left to fend for yourself, and have the chance to meet and train with other people of your fitness level.
With a strong encouraging push from your trainer and fellow class members to help each other reach your goals and beyond CSF believes that we can help you make it happen.
