Won't work properly, keeps disconnecting Bluetooth or freezing while searching

Appalling product. Wish I'd thought to look at the app reviews before I purchased 4 of the damn things. Reported company and awaiting refund.

Wish I had read the reviews befor, don't waste your money, even beeing right next to the tag the blootooth doesn't find the tracker. When it does finaly find it it keep connecting and disconnecting constantly making a stupid sound, only got them today and already turned of blootooth so I don't have to listen to it constantly when it disconnect, I am sitting 6mtr away from my trackers right now and it can't hold connection that's how bad it is.

I bought 4 locators. The first connected ok. The other 3 connect but when you try and add them to the app the link just connects back to the online store. Useless. There is no support site. No phone number. And the fact the company has not even responded to these negative reviews tells you all you need to know. Do not buy.

Bought 2 of these from. The show. Android app not showing Google map. 2 tags set up so far. On iPhone map shows. 1 tag not always showing connected. Within 6 meters of both tags. Buggy to say the least!!!

The worst thing I've bought this year! I bought this from the gadget show live recently and it turned out to be an expensive cube of plastic. I paired the locator with my phone and installed the app but the app crashes frequently and the locator disconnects at random without warning. I installed another app to auto-restart it and keep it running which improved things until it stopped working completely, jamming my car bluetooth audio in the process. The system (when working) also gives you random notifications indicating your locator is out of range when nothing has moved an inch. I remember the sales guy claiming that this is a good way of tracking your children, I can't think of a worst idea. If you use this to track your children you're going to constantly keep thinking they have wondered off and when you really need to use it you won't know if it's not working or just disconnected. I'm demanding a receipt for anything I purchase from the gadget show in future!
