I was given information to use the app to manage your acct. "It's quick and easy and no need to use a computer". The app isn't allowing anyone or most customers to accness their accts to pay bills. For quite some time, the app hasn't been working. (Error, Failed to process the request).....This is just attempting to login with the correction information.

"Error in Processing Request" has gone on for weeks. The app needs repaired as soon as possible. There is no need to post an app that cannot be used routinely with confidence of its functionality.

Error: Failed to process this request. It would be nice to use the app but it's forcing me to have to login on the web.

This app sucks. It always says failed to process request when I try to login. It should be removed or improved because it's pointless if you can't login

The app does not work...It would be greatly appreciated if you can get it working. Tried to log in with correct information and received error messages everytime.

Worked great at first, now failure to process for weeks. Had to go to full site just to get to my accounts. No point in an app that doesn't work.

I go to the mobile site, login just fine, go on my laptop, login just fine. However, on the app, "login error" every time. I've tried everything.

fix your f ing app already. how long can you go with it broken? amateurs

Still not able to login from app. Sure would be nice, but oh well.

It's the Nintendo 64 of apps. Archaic , many errors, and only let me log in once after that.. total failure. Hate the app

You can pay your bills that's it. I'm sure more options will be added later updates.... Options like viewing cash back bonus, empowering insights

Failed to process! Every time! This has gone on for about 2 months now. They fail to fix it. So I'm uninstalling.

When I first downloaded the app it worked fine. Now all of a sudden it's not letting me log in. Login and password works fine on laptop. Please fix this!

This has been an ongoing problem that's never worked for over a year or more now!!! When it did work still got null error whenever you tried to see your bill!! Bounce REALLY needs to fix this!!

Continously receive error message when I try to login. I b have deleted and reinstalled the app 3 times over the last several months. Totally worthless

Haven't been able to log in or pay a bill via this app for 2 months now. Before that it was convenient..hope it gets fixed soon

Not letting me log in on my s4. Repeatedly stops working after pressing to log in.

Crappie app has not worked right for at least 2 years. Once you login in it just keeps re-setting no matter if you go through the password reset. Evedently they don't care.

You can pay your bills that's it. I'm sure more options will be added later updates.

I have had Bounce since i was 18 moving in to my first apt I am now 24 they have great prices I have never had a bill over 130 dollars. I never worry about my electric bill coming in.

These idiots act like all the people who claimed their app doesn't work, don't exist. They obviously just ignore the comments. Time to switch providers. I say everyone drop these fools!

I can on my laptop, not my phone Samsung galaxy S5, I will be removing the application
