When I tried to scan a barcode it told me I needed to install another program, one with much more invasive privileges. When I tried to scan a QR an Android error message popped up saying their was no program installed to do this. Junk. Uninstalled.

It's useful with its archiving facility. Can you add forwarding feature via WhatsApp or email for the saved records? I have downloaded it today and put it to use. However, the added functionality of forwarding it will give a more boost to its usefulness
