Delivery times is quite long and if you order 2 items from different places it messes up I got charched 2 for 2 items and when I got it sorted that canceled it and missed out on the items I was trying to order but thay do have some quite good a unique items

Waiting time is long as hell, the don't answer emails, nor allow you to modify an order online. Recently they have sent me an email informing me that they will ship my package to my work address during the new year vacations when the building is closed.

I enjoy the app and buy a lot but recently there'se been a lot of technical problems, the app simply doesn't download anything and the screen remains black with a butterfly on it draining the phone battery. Please fix asap!!

Votre site mobile fonctione mieux que votre app... Alors que je suis déjà loggé sur une session mobile via cookie depuis je en sais combien de temps... impossible de récupérer mon mdp pour me connecter et utiliser la fluidité de l'app. Bref c'est à revoir, j'ai passé 10m en vain à tenter une connecter l'app pour finir par utiliser la version mobile.
