Vent - Express yourself freely

Love this app but it won't load my new notifications and it's still showing my notifications from May even though people have reacted to my Vents since then. Have tried signing out and un-installing and reinstalling but that didn't work either. Please fix then will give 5 ☆

I love this app! Everyone is extremely nice and friendly. The only thing that u don't like is that there is no videos or camera... Could u add that? Other than that it's 5 stars

notifications don't always load, especially for messaging. minors post nsfw content and it's allowed?? usually very lgbt friendly and users are pretty friendly. would prefer to be able to choose which buttons come with each post, since I dislike people "same"-ing my negative posts

It has a wide range of emotions but it def could use a gray area. Some of the community is nice you just have to find the right people. Overall it helps when you're struggling w/ something

This app is amazing. I use it daily, even hourly. I've made such good friends on here and it's such a great place to express your innermost troubles with the right people around. It's my favourite social media app!! Thank you, Vent!

I appreciate the hard work that is being put into this app,but it seems to be an endless war with Non Cis users Vs Cis users and a battle of what emotions you can use if you're not trans, ie LGBT emotions. I think there are more important things the staff could be doing rather than adding user created groups, such as implementing the guidelines and educating new users of them. If someone doesn't know the rules, breaks them and is punished, it seems rather unfair. Yes; we can't force people to read them. But the least we could do, is get more staff and moderate it. Actually check reports and deal with them.

this is such an amazing app, ive had it downloaded on my phone for a while now, and just getting around to putting it on my tablet. They have a wonderful community where i can feel accepted, and get advice as well express my feelings. The creaters themselves seem fairly active and connected to the community and are always looking for ways to improve the app. I can't really think of many down sides to this app.

Greatest​ app ever

Alright, here we go. Redownloaded because I wanted to see if anything changed. And no. I've seen people get their accounts deleted because they have been mass reported by people who didn't like them. Instead of using the block feature. And yet the people spouting hate get to keep their accounts? I have been driven to relapsing by these kids, because that is what they are. Kids. Unsupervised children who have been given an echo chamber and free run of the asylum to gang up and dog pile people for having a different opinion.

It's awesome but it would be nice to have these: ■ Option to choose which interact buttons to have on our post. ■ Option to hide our posts in groups from our profile feed.

Love this app, So many feelings I had inside of me that would feel so much better when releasing it on here ,So y'all definitely should give it a shot!!!

I love it! Vent is way better than Facebook...Everyone likes to express their feelings but they also don't want certain ppl in their business..with this app that is 100% capable.Everyone is so supportive... All you have to do is upload a profile pic and some type of username and BOOM!! The magic begins....

The overall purpose of this app is fantastic, however there are several things which could seriously use improvement. The modding system is awful, many users are never deleted even though they break the guidelines countless times, even if many people have reported said user. This one is fairly minor but its still a bit of an issue; Staff tend to ignore a lot of public events they put emotions up for (no public statements on events such as "#RedInstead" or "NF=No fear" are about), they actually rely off their userbase to explain this and it's caused a lot of confusion within the community. I also don't enjoy having to purchase emotions, why should we pay for how we're feeling? Better yet, why give us a restriction on what emotions we can even use? It makes no sense to me. The community is also constantly at each other's throats (mostly people literally swarming people and harassing them because they didn't tag the word "cat" or something stupid), and nothing has been done about that either. Finally, staff tend to take ages to reply to any complains or concerns about the app, I've seen hundreds of people complain about the same features not working and staff rarely ever give a full response or simply never get around to fixing the issue. Overall, whilst the app itself runs pretty decently all together and is an excellent concept, it's a very, very, unprofessional environment of staff.

If you need a place to vent, for the love of goodness use this site. You will love it!

A very supportive community and attentive devs that really care about their users. It has some hitches with the servers occasionally but they're always worked through quickly.
