فقه الصوم: من الموسوعة الفقهية

عنوان الكتاب: مختصر فقه الصوم

يحتوي ملخص فقه الصوم على أغلب المسائل التي يحتاج إليها الصائم، بالإضافة إلى بعض الأحكام المتعلقة بشهر رمضان، كصلاة التراويح والإعتكاف.

التعريف بموضوع الكتاب:
علم الفقه من أعظم ما ينبغي أن يهتم به المرء, ويسعى جاهداً في تعلمه والإلمام به, إذ بتعلمه, يعبد المرء ربَّه على بصيرة وعلم, بالإضافة إلى حاجة الناس الأكيدة له, فبه تستقيم أمور دينهم ودنياهم, ويسعدون في الدارين, بل إن الاهتمام به دليل على توفيق العبد, وإرادة الخير له, فقد قال الرسول الكريم صلى الله عليه وسلم: ((من يرد الله به خيراً يفقه في الدين)).
ومع حلول هذا الشهر الكريم, والضيف المبارك أحببنا أن يكون كتابنا لهذا الأسبوع كتابًا فقهيًّا, يسلط الضوء على مسائل الفقه المتعلقة بشعيرة الصيام, حتى يكون المؤمن على دراية بما يحتاج إليه من المسائل, وخاصة في مثل هذه الأيام المباركة.
الكتاب في أصله قد استُلَّ من الموسوعة الفقهية الشاملة, والتي يعدُّها مجموعةٌ من الباحثين, بإشراف الشيخ علوي بن عبد القادر السقاف, والتي تم نشر ما أنجز منها على موقع الدرر السنية مطولة ومفصلة, ومن ثم ارتأى القسم العلمي اختصار الموسوعة, وتهذيبها, ونشرها؛ حتى ينتفع الناس بها, مع بقاء أصلها, فكان هذا الكتاب الثالث من سلسلة مختصرات الموسوعة الفقهية.
يتميز الكتاب بمميزات عدة أهمها: اقتصاره على أهم وأبرز أحكام مسائل الصيام, مع التصوير الجيد لها, بحيث يسهل على القارئ تصورها, ومن ثم بيان حكمها الراجح, مدعومًا بأدلته من الكتاب, والسنة, والإجماع إن وجد.
كما أنه يهتم بذكر الإجماع مع التحقق منه, ومما يميز هذا الكتاب أيضاً اهتمامه بذكر المذاهب الفقهية, وعرض أقوال أهل العلم المحققين, والمجامع الفقهية, كما أنه يهتم ببيان عدد من المسائل المعاصرة, والنوازل المستجدة التي تهمُّ الصائمين.
أما عن طريقة عرضه للمسائل الفقهية فقد اتصف بالسهولة واليسر, وصيغت مسائله بعبارات سهلة مختصرة, تناسب جميع المستويات التعليمية من مختلف شرائح المجتمع.
والكتاب تألف من سبعة أبواب:
الباب الأول: عن تعريف الصوم وأركانه وحكمه وفضائله وأقسامه وشروطه وذلك في خمسة فصول.
الباب الثاني: في فضائل شهر رمضان وخصائصه, وحكم صومه, وطرق إثبات دخوله.
الباب الثالث: عمن يباح لهم الفطر, فذكر المريض, والمسافر, والكبير, والعجوز, والحامل والمرضع ,كما ذكر أسباباً أخرى مبيحة للفطر مرخصة فيه.
الباب الرابع: مفسدات الصوم, وما يكره للصائم, وما يباح منه.
الباب الخامس: ما يستحب صومه, وما يكره, وما يحرم.
الباب السادس: تناول فيه مجموعة من الأحكام العامة في القضاء, كالتتابع, والتراخي في القضاء, وقضاء الصوم عن الميت, ومسألة من شَرَعَ في صوم هل يلزمه إتمامه, ومسألة الإفطار في الصوم الواجب بلا عذر.
الباب السابع: عن الاعتكاف وأحكامه.
نسأل الله أن ينفع بهذا المختصر جامعه وقارئه وأن يجعل فيه نفعاً للإسلام والمسلمين.

Fasting Jurisprudence Summary contains most of the issues that needs to fasting, in addition to some of the provisions relating to the month of Ramadan, a prayer Tarawih I'tikaaf.

The subject of the book:

With the advent of this holy month, and the guest blessed to be loved our book this week juristically book, it highlights Fiqh issues related to fasting rite, so that the believer is aware of what needs of issues, especially in such blessed days.
The book in its origin may draw out of the comprehensive encyclopedia of jurisprudence, and prepared by a group of researchers, under the supervision of Sheikh Alawi bin Abdul Qadir Al-Saqqaf, which was published what has been achieved, including on Durar Sunni lengthy and detailed, and then felt the scientific section shortcut encyclopedia, and refined, and dissemination; even people benefit from it, with the survival of origin, this was the third book of the series synopses encyclopedia of jurisprudence.
The book is characterized by several advantages including: limited to the most prominent issues of the provisions of fasting, with good photography to her, so that makes it easier for the reader imaginable, and then a statement more correct verdict, supported by its evidence of the book, and the Sunnah, and the consensus, if any.
He is also interested in mentioning the consensus with the verification of it, and which also distinguishes this book by mentioning his interest in schools of Islamic jurisprudence, and view the sayings of the scholars of investigators, and fiqh councils, also made a statement that he is interested in a number of contemporary issues, emerging and stalactites of interest to fasting people.
As for the presentation of the issues of jurisprudence it has been characterized by the ease and convenience, and formulated Masaa'il easy concise terms, suitable for all educational levels from different segments of society.
The book consists of seven chapters:
Part I: the definition of fasting and his staff, and his judgment and his virtues and its divisions and conditions, in five chapters.
Part II: the virtues of the month of Ramadan and its characteristics, and the rule of fasting, and methods of proving entry.
Part III: those who permitted them mushrooms, he recalled the patient, the traveler, and great, and the old, and pregnant and breastfeeding women, as mentioned other reasons for permissive fungus licensed in it.
Part IV: Spoilers fasting, and hates for fasting, and it is permissible.
Part V: What is recommended fasting, and hates, and deprived.
Part VI: a group of general provisions addressed in the judiciary, Kalttaba, and lax in the judiciary, and fasts for the dead, and the question of who initiated the fast, does he have completed, and the question of breakfast in the obligatory fasts with no excuse.
Part VII: for i'tikaaf and its provisions.
