Timeless stories, timeless teachings is what Sri Bhagavatam is all about. It is more than just an epic, in India it is revered as a compendium of stories and timeless wisdom of the Almighty God himself. Sri Bhagavatam has been penned by Sage Vysya, a renowned ascetic. Each tale has a message for mankind. The Sri Bhagavatam has thousands of characters. Interesting, thought-provoking and immemorable, the characters have been inter woven into myriad of stories. Good versus evil, timeless counsel, battle strategies, goals for human kind, they are all there. Sri Bhagavatam in fact is referred to as 'The Wisdom of God'. It covers God's ten incarnations according to the Hindu pantheon (Dasavatar) with special emphasis on the Krishna Avatar.
