KEY-PHONE FINDER

App is good. But the product sucks. Very poorly made for everyday use, and it broke the first day I had it after I threw my keys on my desk at work.

Agree with other reviews. Need to support more phones

This product is amazing. I lose my keys all the time and this helps me find them. This app however is really buggy and needs a UI revamp. The keyboard when setting your tag name doesnt work and the app crashes as well. Will rate 5 stars when app gets an update.

Uninstalled. Returned to radioshack. Useless, as is most anything with the radioshack name on it.

S4 not supported by app. Packaging says supports S4. I work at RS, at least let us know what our products are and are not compatible with and when there is a bug massive enough to render one of our products almost completely useless.

Says it is compatible with s4 but after installing tells me not supported. Seriously, wasted my money. Thanks

Bought the device at radio Shack For my wife and found it wasn't supported on her phone. My S4 is supposed to be supported and it won't work there either. Deceptive and useless.

Brand new S4 just got key chain for Christmas. Says device note supported even though it says on package S4. Disappointed. Uninstalled.

Didn't know that the key finder is not supported for my phone until I had it completely installed & attempted to pair. Would be nice to know a little earlier!

Use BLE PhoneFinder instead.

The problem was with Radio Shack's pairing instructions. Once you tap the app, hold the finder button down so it blinks green twice to turn it on. CONTINUE TO HOLD IT DOWN until you get the red/green blink. (If it blinks red 4x you've turned it off - just turn it on again.) When you leave the area of your finder, you won't get the instruction to "find key." When you walk within your finder's zone, you'll see the instruction "find key." Tap it and your finder will beep. Nice app and nice personal attention from the dev!!
