☆☆☆ HOW IT WORKS
Wreckfinder uses wreck data provided by the UK Hydrographic Office to display locations on an interactive WGS84 map. The app uses your phone’s in-built GPS technology to detect your current location and display all your nearest wrecks.
The interactive and user-friendly map uses advanced clustering algorithms to display wreck locations. You can zoom in and out and wrecks are shown as red pins which you can touch for further information.
When there are large numbers of wrecks in a particular location they will automatically group and Wreckfinder will give you the total number of wrecks in that region. You can view a video preview of the application on the Wreckfinder website. This application is also available for iPhone and iPad from the App Store.

Lots of wreck info but what I really wanted it for was to show wrecks near me when I was mid channel. It totally failed to do this on my Samsung S5 so for me useless.

It could do with being linked to google maps so it gives a better direction and guide you to the wrecks otherwise you gotta waste fuel looking for the wrecks if you haven't got a plotter to get you out there

Does not load map while out of WiFi or signal would be 10stars if linked/layered to a GPS mapping app to show position in real time but great to sit at home reading the history of some wrecks cool app

Works fine on nexus 5 but install fails on nexus 7 saying cannot install on SD card. ( which it does not have)

A lot of information for not a lot of money. I haven't verified locations, but they seem to correspond to charted wrecks. I purchased it for fishing and think that the condition of the wrecks will help me to choose where to fish, and a better chance to catch

Collapsing multiple wrecks is all well and good, but please if the wrecks are spaced far enough apart for an individual pin then show both. This really destroys the usability of the map.

Why can't I search for wrecks with my new Samsung S5 Neo? on my old Samsung Galaxy S5 it was ok, what's the point having it if I can't search wrecks??
