It keeps crashing. Its not worth the stress.

I downloaded it & it was working for a week. Now it says it has a server issue. I uninstalled & reinstalled it & it still doesn't want to work.

My customers can't make any purchases through website. Keeps giving a error message. Unacceptable

I go on it somedays it work ans sone days it doesnt.

It doesn't update regularly. I can never get the new releases anymore.

It says unsuccessful to connect, Idk why. But it's over all amazing

I installed it. Used it not even a full 24 hours and now it won't open. I just started today. I want this to go smoothly for me.

My shopping basket disappeared and won't come back, nor can I shop.

Sometimes it doesnt show the new releases when they are dropping. Cant depend on this app always when checking, just use your back office.

It used to work great. Now, I can't even see the new releases. Infact, it's showing me things from 3 weeks ago. I don't even have the starlet shimmer option anymore. It just disappeared. I uninstalled and reinstalled so many times, and nothing! Please fix this.

It used to be amazing now it just doesn't load. I tried to uninstall and reinstall still isn't loading anything. I tried turning my phone off and back on and nothing loads still. I missed out on the new releases because of it :/

Lately it is not updating when new items are in inventory making me missed them. I have to wait to be in an actual pc to see new items.

Just starting my business and found out this app does not work. You need to work out the bugs or do away with the app altogether. Very disappointed.

Use to love this app, now all of a sudden I can't see new releases and uploads are failing on the old inventory. Not a helpful tool for my business anymore

Isnt loading used to be fab.So sad now i cannot make my orders for product tried uninstalling and reinstalling same issue.Ive had this app since Oct and everything was fine always worked now it doesnt load at all crown just spins and spins.Please fix this its killing my buisiness and how i help my customers.Please fix this asap.

Would not allow me to log in no matter how many times I tried. I even turned my phone off and still wasnt able to log in. Hopefully after deleting the app and reinstalling it does the trick

It was working awesome but now its just a constant loading symbol. I hope it is getting fixed, i would hate to uninstall as it came in handy for checking on new realeases and keeping up while on the go.

It was great for a few months and now all of a sudden it won't open. Just keeps loading. I even uninstalled and reinstalled it and it still won't open. Wish it would get fixed soon because I loved using this app alot more then the website.

I am having as issue. When I click on an item to view the details and then back out to look at other pieces it only shows the item I just viewed. Not all of the items available. Can you fix this??

For some reason now the app is not loading. It has the symbol circling like it's buffering and never loads....it's been lime that for a few days now.

Been using the app for months but it updated and now it won't load. Please hurry and fix this. UPDATE: Seemed to be working for a while but now the pics won't load and I cant add anything to my cart.

The app won't open after my phone updated I used this app for last two months with no problems

This app will be a lifesaver once it is 100%. So far I love the cart and how I can add all of one section!!! Makes it easy for just restocking. Love how easy it is to adjust the qty.

This is the first time after an update I couldn't open the app so I rate as a 3.

I'm sure it would be a fabulous App if it would actually load
