The app is working again.

The app use to work great now I can never login. I have to try 5 or 7 times and sometimes I still cannot get in. It's so convenient!!! My app for chase allows me to preview my acts without logging in maybe y'all should do that since the appt doesn't work.

Slow. And the "forgot password" button is useless, it always refers you to call. I can log in on one device, log out, go to a different device, and it won't accept my password. Not worth the headache, though the web site is no better

The app works after you download it but then it freezes and you can't login. I suggest using your browser to login. And for using mobile deposit, take it to the credit union or uninstall the app and then reinstall it. Very frustrating!!

I never had trouble with the app on my iPhone but since switching to Android it's been almost impossible to log in. I enter my login info and the screen just reloads and clears it out. The text option for the secure log in code doesn't seem to work from the app or the mobile site

Had the app for a while and never had a issue with it. But the other day I was trying to access it, to check how much I have. and it would just load after I put my acct # and password in, I would hit done Nd it would just stay loading and won't do anything else

It would be amazing if you can even log in to see your finances. Their fix is to go to their website and look in that fashion and don't really see the point of having a mobile app when you can't even sign in to do anything. You would be lucky if it even works and you can see your balances. Velocity needs to invest in fixing this mobile app before I take my business elsewhere

Always takes two tries to log in.. first attempt just takes me to a new login screen, then it works the second time.

The app is taking too long to log in and doesn't send login codes via text like it should.

They fixed the lack of brackets in the mobile deposit, but the camera doesn't focus so the checks are too blurry to be read. Since velocity branches and atms aren't all over the place, mobile deposit helps to make banking at velocity convenient, this really should be fixed Update: still can't use mobile deposit, still takes blurry pics that aren't accepted for deposit. Without the mobile deposit this app is pointless. Fix the app Velocity!

It freezes all the time, says error and kicks me off. The old one was better!

Not able to make mobile check deposits anymore! This makes me VERY unhappy! ...

Mobile deposit function ALWAYS takes blurry photographs and will only take a clear photo if I uninstall and reinstall the app. Log in page glitches and will sometimes freeze or lock you out. This app was promising but has a lot of issues. I would much rather drive to a velocity location than use this.

This app really sucks... It only works whenever it wants! It'll be nice if they could fix the login and loading page. MOSTLY if they could integrate the fingerprint feature! I'll change my rating when it'll improve and mostly when the fingerprint feature will be available...

Upon login, it takes multiple attempts or it just won't login, it will stay loading. We need an update to fix this bug please

This app is worse since they've "updated" it. It is unresponsive and slow when it does work.

VERY buggy / unresponsive. It works well if you can get it to launch / login.

Logging in is ridiculously difficult.

Can't even log in. Always says password is incorrect.

I can do everything from my phone and transfers are instant.

Has just about everything you'd expect in a mobile banking app.

Updates are right direction. Looking fwd to new features to come on faster p2p.
