While i was suprised that such a funky bio bistro would include mayonnaise based dishes, i was pleasantly suprised to see that it was pulled off quite well. There was however a very long wait time, and the service was god awfull. Not bad, overall, but some touches here and there could really make this restaurant a 5 star rating.
