Unable to use unless on wifi. Always throws errors about no internet connection. Even after the latest update, still can not login without wifi.

Will not open now. Worked great before. Now can't open

App worked great for a long time. Now opens then stops working. Almost made me late on bill. Tried Reinstalling it. Same thing. They need to get it fixed. Its doing the same thing this month.

I'm not paying a western union fee. Thank you.

App used to work great up until a couple of months ago. New update seems to have broken it. Vectren gets VERY defensive if you point this out to them

What's the point of a mobile app if you can't login into the app. Requires Wi-Fi Internet access to login. Mobile data networks should be sufficient.

Let's make everyone without power call and wait on hold to report a power outage instead of reporting it over cell phone data! This has been a problem for years, I'd hoped it was fixed the other day when the power failed but of course why make things easier on people when Vectren's service fails.

Paid my bill on this app as long as its been around and now Western Union is involved and now there's a $2.50 convenience fee? No thanks I won't use the app again. Useless!

Now that our home phone is a part of the stupid "U-Verse" it no longer works during a power outage. Thankfully Vectren has provided another way to report loss of power. I was considering giving up my cell phone since my husband and I are homebound, but after last night's outage, and trying to find Vectren's number in phone book in the dark, I went looking for a better option. Hopefully this app is it.

It gives an error message every time I attempt to pay my bill, please fix it!!!

Why can u only access it thru wifi and not from your cell phone? Ridiculous! Thats what the whole point of having apps is for so people can access thru phones on the GO. Please fix this terrible app so your customers are happy!

Keeps saying that I need an Internet connection to log in or pay my bill

My actual gas usage is $15 but I'm supposed to pay the company almost $30 to have access to the $15 I used. Ridiculous. .. and greedy

I really like this app and it makes paying my bill convenient, HOWEVER, I can only use it over WI-FI on my Galaxy Note 4...I have cell service, fix this problem and I will give this app a higher rating!!!!

This app was made to report power outages not to pay your bill and everyone is complaint about not being able too is rather funny

What is the point of this app if you can't view the bill it just doesn't make sense this was pointless to download. I mine as well just go on my computer because you really can't view much on this horrible app.

Sure you can pay your bill, but I'd like to view it first!

It doesn't show my dam bill that's why I ask for this crap so they can stop over charging me

You can make payments, but it won't let you view your bill. You still have to either have the physical or emailed copy, or log on to the desktop site as the mobile site has the same problem.

It's just stupid

The app dies have the ability to pay your bill with a bank account but you can't pay via credit card in the app, it sends you to their web page. Second you can't view you bill in the app and you can't set a bill reminder in the app.

Adding payment option really made this app worth it. That's why I downloaded it in the first place but it wasn't available then. So glad you added it

Cannot find link to pay my bill. This app is more about news and tweeting than customer service. Take a look at jcremc's smarthub and maybe you will know how to fix this app.

It would be nice to actually SEE my bill before I pay it. Just sayin'.

App doesn't work with ART runtime which will be the default soon. Besides that, it's an OK way to check and report outages.
