Its an at&t 4G LTE Samsung galaxy note 4 with android KitKat 4.4 and through straight talk service that uses at&t towers. I know the phone and system can make a difference with most apps so your device may not lag. I highly recommend downloading this app its fun and enjoyable. It is a little sensitive to touch but with patients you can fix any mistake. So many colors and patterns to choose from that make your work look like art. Looked like it was going to be a great experience, but colors are slow to respond. It's very annoying to have to keep touching the same space over and over because the color won't fill in. I uninstalled.
