Vectone App

Cannot login. Keep giving me verification code every time tried to log in. Never success to login. Rubbish. I so need this to maintain my number when I'm going to southeast Asia soon. So do something about this!!!

"Registration SIP Failure" all the time. Says enable 3G calling in settings but there is no such option. What's the purpose of this app? You can only check your balance I suppose.

It took it a while to send me the signup text, so I would say it is not great so far. It doesn't show the bundle balance. What is it good for?

So temperamental. Says it is connected but when trying to retrieve a call it will often not ring through and go to voicemail. Please resolve

I wanted to use this app for transferring credit. Previous versions of the app has that features but this version doesn't have. I kindly request an older version or a reply for an explanation. Thanks

I think it works fantastically well. Of course it won't be quite as good quality as normal mobile but I can make calls from Canada as if I was in UK and can receive calls as well

App do not work in belguim...customers service can't reach them no matter what time of the day I try I hardly receive call people say when they try to call me thy say this nomber do not exist and I don't receive my text message alot of work is to be done on this service and where is my 2 GB data can't go on the Internet.......and where is my 9.40euro that I loaded my phone with is gone my balance is now0.000 and I didn't call it off wtf u guys or rip offs need my money back wtf yall reply dam it u thief's

Have downloaded and redownloaded it and still can't get it to work or get logged in app is shite begining to think network is shite

Crashes everytime I try to open, vectone also claim to provide free calls between other vectone users when topped up and this app is suppose to be free to call too but its all lies.. So many bad experiences with this network now

Dose not open or start just closes needs new update to work on tablets and soon it's behind the times

The app is crap as it doesnt receive calls via wifi as it promises.i have no reception in my house and not even one call came through this app.calling out is a nightmare as well as it works sometimes. I used to have three and three in touch worked like a dream and thought this app would be the same as but unfortunately not.i pulling my hairs out.wish I stayed with my previous provider though.vectone sort it out or else.

very low quality app, and the "PLAN" section doesn t work on mine..also it s not clear, and calls don t wotk very well..must be improved..i ve just change to Vectone, i was with GiffGaff, hopefully i did the right thing!

Out going calls work, no incoming calls or outgoing/incoming sms. Useless without three features. UI needs upgrade as well

Trying to send messages now, no success. All attempt at reaching the customer care have been futile

Very poor app service. It is still showing the bill which updated 5 months ago. Apps need improvement of user friendly and low in file size. Thanks

I never get the registration code, so I am unable to use the app. Sent an email to the support, they say that the App is currently unsupported, although they still publicize it in their webpage as a "good" thing.

It is saving my roaming cost, but I can't send/receive sms.

Worst network in the world.. Irritated to the core...

Receiving calls with the app doesn't seem work properly same with SMS. Outgoing calls work fine. Please add support for Tablets without SIM card. Please allow incoming calls without SIM card through VOIP or something like that.

Downloaded the app but each time it is opened it constantly says "unfortunately vectone app has stopped" can't even get it set up on my tablet. Every time there is this error. Please fix so this will work.

I charged my phone with their 11 euro option which includes 120 min of calls. Most of the local numbers I dial in France dont go through. Transfer of funds to another vectone number doesn't work. TOP that with no customer support whatsoever. We called them over 10 times (7 of which we waited 30 min to hear them say hello and then hang up). A waste of time, energy and money.

I attempted many times to log on but the password never came, so I used the ipad to get it. Anyway it won't log in!!!

Can you add features that we maybe able to use bluetooth hands free?

This app doesn't work. I can't even login or signup. It says sanding activation code and nothing happens...

Why can't I make a call, I have a bundle active but it's telling me I need credit?

Tried multiple times to. Login, always fails. Website works ok, I keep using the Web site to reset my password but can never login to the app. Should be pulled until fixed.

The app is made for the sake of making it, it hardly works or shows any signs of trying to work. Have you guys tested it ever? The app should give nice message if SIP port 5061 is blocked (in some countries) also I should work over 3G as well like many other voip apps.

They lying a lot. First. After all steps to activate that SMART rate (very difficult) I realised it's not working. Couple times called customer service, again stupid answers,like give your phone number (when I ordered sim I give all my details so they must to see all this things in sistem ) and after 4 calls in Romania the cost was 10 pence per min. Ask customer service why, (I have confirmation of SMART rate activation ) the answer was -call tomorrow morning again to check what's happening!!! Avoid!!!

Every time I attempt to dial a number. It gets disconnected immediately. Need an update urgently

Good bundles but customers service suck. .

Voice is poor. Recipients hear echo of their voice. And many times it fail to connect to internet though there is wi-fi. When the normal call comes while speaking through app, call goes automatically to hold but there is no mechanism to retrieve the call back. User need to disconnect and make call again.
