Worst purchase EVER. The app does not sync with the watch and therefore does not download any of my data. What's the point in even wearing it then? Even your updates suck and does not work. The programmers should all be sacked.
The app is not fully functional. The icons don't say what it is or how it's used. I could deduce some things but not really. The syncing sux. You can't tell when it does sync. Lots of unnecessary screens. Hard to navigate and find basic info in the menu. As great as the watch is, the app stinks unless you can read kanji.
As everyone has already said. Rubbish app. Won't sync and keeps crashing. Why sell watches if the apps that go with them don't work.
Very disapointed. Displays wrong day and has stopped syncing with my phone since the update.
The app is awfully translated. It cannot connect to the watch, even though it is visible through bluetooth.

I am not sure why everyone is complaining about the app. Have been using the app for about a week now without any issue.
only sms and call notifications work. doesn't sync anything. no 24h time.

There are days when all works well and there are times when nothing seems to function....don't understand
day of the month is not in sync. For example, it should be Wednesday 7. But it displays Tuesday 7. Also, app is not able to sync'd although I know it should since it recognizes my watch. i.e. remote camera works.
Embarrassing application. Don't know how they hired the developers but should be fired asap.

Connects to my HTC m9 via Bluetooth but can't bind the watch to the phone. Tried on my samsung phone too, still won't bind. No help available and the app is mainly in Chinese and not very good English. If you ever need translations in to English, I'd be more that happy to help.
Will not refresh, staying connected to the watch. Unable to read instructions because it's mostly in Chinese or get any type of customer service. If there is anyone who can help would be greatly appreciated.
I have to uninstall it then reinstall it for it to refresh which is a pain. You need to put much more work in.. and a few choices on the face of the watch would be a good idea.. oh and 24 hour clock ASAP please! I paid for your watch naively believing it was a great bargain .. So please live up to that? Tks
Suppose to have multipoint Bluetooth but there are no instructions on how to do it. Battery runs out fast. Everything's in Chinese. Regret buying this.
Downloaded the app to coordinate w a smart watch I got off of Amazon, the app is not in English. Total nightmare
original version was perfect when updated language changed to chinese.. n never change back

I ran into the same problem with all the people who rated this app. Totally dissatisfied with the app. The people who developed this app should tested before releasing to the market.
Never rated an app before but this one needs work. Can bind my watch to it, get notifications etc but it won't sync so completely useless to monitor fitness etc.
Total rubbish. The phones should be taken off the market until the app is sorted

I never, ever rate apps. I feel I need to in this instance. This app needs work. For a start, a language option would be appreciated, I don't particularly understand why part of the app is English and the rest in what I can only assume is Chinese. Second, app integration, this app doesn't support Facebook, Twitter, snapchat, instergram, and other major social media. Third, the icons don't represent anything! Give us a guide, in English or change the icons to a more understandable picture.
