movnow plus for Android
It will not recognize gmail or my Canadian email address. I now have a useless fit watch as you haven't bothered to develope or sync with Facebook. I WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF YOU COULD PLEASE FIND A FIX.
I had the app on my other phone before it was "upgraded" to the plus. Now I can't get it to sink AT ALL!! It keeps saying it won't can't find ect I'm really mad because I use the app daily now I cant. So now what? I've been reading about the issues on other comments and it appears NOTHING IS BEING DONE TO RECTIFY THE ISDUES DO WE CAN USE THIS DANG APP!!!! Completely disappointed
I find it very disappointing that I am having the same problems as all these other people are having. I would be ashamed to sell this product and have all of these negative reviews. What good is this product to me if I can not connect to the app. Even tried to connect to the new app and couldn't. I will definitely check reviews next time before I buy a piece of junk like this
Wow!!! After reading all the reviews about the app not syncing to the watch, I am quite upset that I spent my money to buy a piece of junk. I am having the same problem and after looking at almost a year of negative reviews, I guess the problemsssss will never be resolved. This does not even deserve one star. It simply does not work.
Worked the first day I got it, but once I moved away from my phone, the Bluetooth wouldn't connect again. It has issues connecting and the app itself will constantly freeze. So not worth it. I would suggest a fitbit. If I would have known about this app and reviews ahead of time, I wouldn't have gotten this in the first place.
Need it to keep correct time on my watch. It only connects correctly once or twice to my phone, then crashes. I then have to uninstall, reboot phone and reinstall when I wish to again get correct time on the watch. No point in trying to use step data etc on phone as resets at every crash/reinstall.
At first it linked right up then three days later I charged it and when I turned the bluetooth back on it wouldnt reconnect and kept saying no device found. So tired of messing with it I just threw the thing away.
This app absolutely sucks. Im already registered but it wont let me log in, when i tried to re register it wouldnt let ne go to the register option. My smartband is now toatally useless to me
It's a great little watch, unlike many other similar devices you don't have to swing arms for your movements to register. However the app sucks! Difficulties when connecting and syncing. I spend forever trying to convey the info to my phone. Very disappointing.
I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every time I want to connect to my device. What the hell is wrong with this app? When I'm at work I can't have my phone on me and I do not like to leave Bluetooth on so we I try to reconnect with my bit I have to uninstall then reinstall my app every time, please fix this.
I can't connect to Bluetooth on my phone (LG Flex 2). Is there any way to update the app or the product? This was a stupid buy if I can't ever connect to Bluetooth!!
It won't link up to bluetooth on my android so essentially it's useless! Save up and just buy a fitbit if you're looking for a fitness tracker. Very disappointed in this product. Hind sight - I should have read the reviews BEFORE purchasing. Lesson learned!
Connected once, but after a couple days wouldn't sync again! Time now incorrect so can't even get true daily steps as resets when it thinks it's midnight... at 7pm. Useless.
App doesn't stay connected. There is nothing on it that will allow me to Sync it to anything else. The time on the watch is wrong and I have not been able to find anything in the app which will let me correct this. The instructions for the fit band, which were totally lacking in detail, told me to get this app but then nothing else in the instructions has worked to get the band to work properly. Fit band was a waste of money and the app is worthless if you can't even set the time. Not impressed one little bit. Will try to make sure I never order something that comes from China again. This isn't the first time I have received poorly made cheap cap from there. Buyer Beware!!!
Hello, i've resently received a watch for christmas and is very good. A few bugs with syncing however can be solved by restarting the phone before syncing, overall a great products just needs a few alterations.
I am having major issues like other people about this product. I can have the wristband right on top of my phone and they will not connect or update the information. I am thinking about going to a Fitbit.. I know u get what you pay for but I was hoping like everyone else that this was a good choice! Live and learn still at my age!
It's a load of made in China trash and unfortunately my daughter wasted her pocket money buying it as a gift to me. Followed the advise to register with email but can't stay connected and really don't have the time to switch my phone on and off..Please fix or remove from the market.
Bought this smart band which somehow got decent reviews. The app has terrible reviews and like everyone says, this think wont link to the app and if it does it drops constantly. Its too bad cause it fits great. I would even pay a monthly fee for a working app but looks like im back on the market for a new one. Definetly checking out the company/manufacture and app ratings before buying. And definetly not this company. And now to return this p.o.s.
Still no fix and now it wont connect at all uninstalling immediately 8 days sense i wrote this review and still no change... this app will NOT stay bound to the bracelet. Every time I open the app I have to reconnect and i would say 60% of the time it still won't connect to the bracelet. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I am giving it a little time to see if there is an update but i do not have much hope.
i had problems connecting my device. Luckily I found advice to make sure the watch screen was on so it would connect. I still cannot update the firmware. It keeps saying it has failed. I would love help with this. I held the button in while asking it to update the firmware and it is now downloading firmware. I am not sure how long this will take. All night and it says it is still downloading.
It disconnects from the device constant and it's hard to reconnect. And the features on the app are lacking. Also the army hours are ridiculous you should be able to change it on the app. And why does the device only tell you how many hours you have slept past midnight. It should tell you how many deep sleep hours you slept from 9pm-9am Disappointed I guess you get what you pay for! Will be switching to a fitbit
Worked for 15 mins out of the box. After 1st update it no longer connects to the watch, and i frel foolish for being robbed of the koney for this pilenof crap. The police should be looking at the owners given the amount of negative feedback here. This is probably fraud.
Hi, I was excited about purchasing my first fitness watch. However, I was disappointed when the app lack the ability to sync my steps accurately! In addition, unsure why the default time stamp is set to military time vs American standard time. Consumers expect a product that works! Therefore if it's not ready for release, don't release it to make a profit. Please do your best to fix the issues and provide a update that's feasible.
Loses connection with the watch (Mifone L58) and wont reconnect unless the phone is shut down completely and turned back on. Also, share to Facebook or Twitter crashes the app. Edit: Have had to uninstall and reinstall 4 times... have now lost close to 5000 steps on the app which show on the watch. This app is garbage and should be removed until MASSIVE bugs are fixed
Read a review on here about issues new user. I did what they said if you auto form fill your email you need to hit backspace after to remove the gap. Afyer that whole system worked and love it!
had mine for nearly 1 yr..but after the latest December update it no longer connects via Bluetooth. Extremely disappointed & annoyed!! DO THE OWNERS OF THE APP ACTUALLY READ AND RESPOND TO THESE REVIEWS??? Since posting this review my counter has today begun connecting to my Bluetooth. I'm hoping it's not a fluke & if the problem has been fixed then thank you to the app owners.
My kids got this smart bracelet for Christmas. This is app is trash. If you use "Veryfit 2.0" your activity tracker will work but it is a little buggy.
This keeps disconnecting from my watch and won't reconnect for awhile..then i get it to connect and it disconnects within a few minutes. Disappointing!

So best way to describe this is crap! App doesn't work, as the Bluetooth doesn't connect properly between the watch and your phone. Will only link if you disconnect the watch with the app and reset your phone! God knows how it works out your sleeping patterns, as it seemed to think I was in heavy sleep when I was still up. Could be good but they need to sort out the problems and get it working properly! Or give people their money back for a faulty product!
Everything time I try to connect it it seems like it was successful and then it fails. Everything is up to date on my end. But it won't connect. That what I get for going for a cheap brand. Please fix this or at least come out with a better app system.
It seems I have the same problem as loads. First of all it won't connect with my bracelet. secondly I used it this morning in conjunction with mapmywalk (which is fab) and though I walked for 5k my bracelet said 31miles! And I burnt just 189 calories. Full load of rubbish. Oh and i sat on my backside at work all day except to use the bathroom and it says I walked 2 miles!
Something happened since update now the app won't connect. It use to work but now it doesn't. App won't connect to my device even though my band is paired with my phone.
Just got the watch download the app but the app keep saying invalid user wouldn't work so I can use the watch. Is there a next app I can use. ..
The bracelet works fine. The app only syncs one time and then disconnects. The only way to get it to reconnect is to Uninstall the app and then reinstall it again. Big disappointment not worth the money. No wonder it was one sale with a huge discount.
Got this pedometer as a freebie gift. It's Chinese junk that barely works. The chinese-english translation in this app is so poor it basically renders it unusable. Throw it in the bin don't waste your time.
Was happy when I got my bracelet in the post, for those who struggle with invalid email, you have to delete the space on the end of the email.. if you chose your email of the predictive text. If that makes sense!!

It was working fine from first day using it. From today onwards it has not been working. Bluetooth keeps on disconnected & not syncing properly to phone. Limited distance for bluetooth, phone need to be near to the device for it to work.. have all this issue fixed. It's kind of irritating being disconnected & you need to be very close to your handset in order for the device to be connected. Have the issue fixed..
