Site Audit Pro

Great app for site managers. Produces a professional looking site report. The app would benefit from a back-check facility to allow defects to be signed off as complete. Note that all items may not be a defect and simply an observation for record purposes. Would be good to have the option to change this. Report file sizes can be very large too: not sure if this can be compressed any way? Around a very decent app, saved me bags of time on site and allows me to produce high quality professional looking reports

Great piece of kit for making lists and passing onto trades. Can the developers please tell me if there is anyway of splitting the lists when done ? For instance if I make one for multiple trades, can the list then be separated instead of printing as one ?....if that makes any sense!? Keep up the good work. Ta

Great app. one thing I struggled with is re-arranging points within a project. currently you have to hold down on an item and scroll down or up to move that point to a new location on the list. this proves to be quite difficult and time consuming when dealing with 100 different points.

Bought a new phone and cannot transfer any saved ongoing reports to the new phone. I have take my old phone to site to keep reports up to date. There appears to be no transfer between devices. Frustrating. Import export is a waste of space between HTC and Samsung

I do like the app and it does make snagging lists very easy, However.... recently every time I try to share the report it will only give me the option to send to a printer and not share via email? This is very annoying given being onsite 90% of the time.

Very Happy Site Manager. It would be good to have a version that locks the file /audit but allows for comments to be added next to each ( ie for the person to send the snag list black with a sign off or reason as to incomplete)

I've bought a new device and would like to know if I can just transfer my account to our new device or do I have to purchase again.

So. It appears a worthy for site reports. A few queries I have. Are there any links to videos on editing tools otherwise it's a bit dry for my liking

I have used this app for a few years. It makes light if the work I need to do. The report presentation is excellent. I also used the site inspection app by same company. Easy to design your own template creating your own lists. I will not be using any other app of this nature. This has got to be the best app on the market. Does more than it says on the can.

Absolutely horrible. You have to manually generate reports from projects which is counter productive. If I'm making a project I'm sure I want a report on that project so why should I have to manually generate them? Extra work and when you have 700+ projects that need reports its massively ineffective. Fix this.

2nd time installing it, and it still will only let me share to 12 out my 358 contacts. And all 12 contacts have nothing to do with my work. I don't even get an option to manually add contacts, or phone numbers, or email addresses. It's useless.

A good feature to add to this app is once a project is complete and you are using it for snagging if you could mark each task as complete or incomplete

How can you re order pictures faster because holding the picture and taking it to the top of the list takes so long much much slower than the iOS version is there a faster way?

This app is quick and friendly to use. I wish it could have convert to excel/word format.

Cuts the tops and sides off every single picture, makes them square. Good luck taking a picture of a doorway :(

Great application, saves time by producing the report on site. I think quite a few features are missing compared to the iOS version which is very disappointing. Tagging issues to a layout drawing, different report styles etc. I really hope features are added!

Selected one method of sharing it's now stuck on that setting. There's no way of going back to the other sharing options. Deleted, redownloaded app and restored factoey settings withomin the app...still no options??

All property manager's should use this. Saves reports to Google drive. Only thing I'd change is having to select photo option. Choosing from phone or camera slows the process down. Other than that, Great tool to have when walking property

I would like to have a photo on the front page. How can I put it there?

App is good , sharing isn't . When hitting the share report it automatically sets as default the first time , I want to have the option to share via emails , Bluetooth , NFC etc . Does anybody know how to change the default setting !

Good time-saving app, although would benefit from a check-box to select once an item had been addressed/resolved

Have been using this app since 2012. This is a great tool. Had it on my iPhone and also use it on my android phone.

only 3 ? well its good but when using the ipad version compared to my note 10.1 ,it falls short i, its good you can import multiple photos but how do rearrange them ? also being able to preview before sending again on the iPad can't find the option on my note tablet lost an hr just trying to find out to do it and gave up can we have these options, if they are there, mark them clearly in the menu edit _ added a star , my bad . on the note 10.1 there is a physical button that brings up the menu managed to rearrange etc ,previewing worked as well .but is there a quicker way then getting to the end and diving back ?

Awesome app. Can't believe it's being closed down though. I've had it for not even one week

How do you link multiple devices

This is a great tool to use on property walks and move outs. The only down fall is that it doesn't recover reports saved on another phone. Shortly after I walked a large group of move outs my phone broke, and I lost all of my move out notes. Other than that it is an awesome app to have!!

Great tool for snagging works. Feels a bit cumbersome at first but becomes faster and easier the more you add to your lists. Especially if a number of items listed are similar in nature or location. Agree with other users that the ability to 'mark-up' a pdf or photo of a drawing would be a big plus, that is not a criticism, but might be a suggestion for future versions.

Don't waist your time buying, I have done reports and the software keeps crashing. There is no way to save your report and open them without emailing them. BIG WAIST OF MY TIME!!!!!!!!!

I am loving the app but I am having problems with the photos I upload it seems to crop it and cut the top and bottom of the photo down and I can figure out how to change this. Very frustrating :(

I have a small glitch in that it only gives me the option to share via wattsapp. It didn't to start with so would appreciate any advice on how to get it to give the email options. I have tried the reset to default option.

Would love this app...if my Share button worked. It takes me back to the report options.

It was a great app but now it keeps coming up with "10 error" and won't let me send it ... I've Uninstalled twice and reset it ... can someone help me fix it

The app doesn't accept the first or sometimes the second photo I take , would like to see this bug fixed then would be a 5 star rating

Used it extensively for work, it's good but you can't share your work with another device, I use a mobile and a tablet, pity really, otherwise it's great. Paul

Not bad program, it would be great it can be saved in the cloud of choice and the ability to edit the report at a later date, before sending to client.
