Sucks can't do mobile deposit very aggravating the feature is there but doesn't work...i have note 5
Since the update it doesn't work on Note 5... I can't even login...
I don't like the layout of the newest version. Feels too old school. The list version actually felt more up to date with today's technology.
Since it was updated I can't get it to take a pic of my checks even though I gave it permission to use my camera. It also asks me the same security question every time. And...it doesn't save my username anymore!!! VERY FRUSTRATING!!!
Don't waist you time downloading this app their is absolutely nothing functional about it. The verification emails are not delivered to you email account, however when you call customer service it appears to be sending on their end. The camera function to deposit checks will not up load the image so it serves no purpose. I've been a Vantage member for over 25 years and moved out of state but wanted to keep my account open and now I will have to close my account and open at a new bank because the Mobil app does not allow me to do what needs to be done to ensure my money is being deposited in my account and there are no branch locations in this area. What a shame. ****UPDATE**** I was finally able to get the image to load after hours of attempts by holding the camera about 2 feet above the image. I thought there was no way it was so far away but it actually worked.
I too am having trouble with the deposits. It won't process the front image but will the back image. I recently got a new phone S7. I had a LGG3 and never once had a problem. I wonder if it's the phone? Also, the app works just fine on my iPad as well.
E-Deposit works on s7 if you hold The phone 2 feet away from the check.
Checking the balance of your account is normally simple but to deposit a check via the app is next to impossible unfortunately. Developers, Please Fix error!
Sometimes I cannot do deposits by phone because the image isn't captured. Sometimes I don't see balances. When these things happen, I have to uninstall and reinstall. Then it usually starts working again. I really like being able to check balances etc. from my phone.
The stupid authentication code that's only good for 20 mins if you accidentally erase your phone from the app doesn't come through email for hours or more. So frustrating!
Do not download this app or use vantage credit union... They charge a fee for everything..They r getting like a bank... Go elsewhere, run .. Been a member for over 35 years, not any more...
The app works well enough, but I am unable to deposit checks via the app. It's a crucial function as I live a few hours from the nearest branch.
Please fix the deposit function on this app. I've uninstalled the app twice and have contacted your customer service center who says it should be working. Very frustrating.
Gave up after probably 30 tries of taking a picture of multiple checks and none of them registering. IOS version is just as bad...... *as of 4/30/2017 the mobile deposit feature is still not working.....
I get the time-sensitive email code for hours too late... This obviously is been going on for a while and has not been corrected.. I wonder what else is not being taken care of
Please fix the edeposit portion. The images will not capture from my Samsung S7 Active. Fingerprint sign in would be awesome too!
I've tried multiple times to make an electronic deposit, however, either the picture does not match what was captured by the camera or the pictures never upload.
I can't even get into the app because of the email issue the devs are clearly aware of. This is very poorly implemented security.
Love the update. App is very stable and works as expected on my Android devices.

It never processes the photos of the checks I'm trying to deposit. I always end up having to drive to the credit union. PLEASE fix this.
Trying to reinstall app on new phone and keep getting error message when entering authentication code
The mobile check deposit will not work on my Samsung S6 AND my wife's S5 this is the main reason I have the ap.

They just updated the bill pay part of the app, but I can't add a payee to my list. There are no options to do that on my app. Why?

The descriptions for each individual charge are as vague as can be. No store names or anything. No longer has a due date next to my truck loan, credit card, line of credit. Being paperless this was fantastic just log in and there it is.. the new update is horrible.
I love Vantage but this app is simply unreliable. Sometimes you can't log in and the app is just stuck. Also trying to do a mobile check deposit is the worst. My BOA app is so much better

90% of the time I got the email past 20 minutes...usually hours later. How am I supposed to deposit checks? Wont be with Vantage much longer.

This new update suck. You have to enter your username everytime u login. And the app stop working right after I login.
