Bug fixes: Anchor link issues. Uploading a profile avatar image. Click push notification and occasional incorrect app re-direct. Jump to first unread when the first unread is the last entry on a page. Added check to see if user has permission to reset email and password after login.
GUI Updates: Optimized web tab view to speed up rendering time. Fixed Section Index in forum network list (n-in-1 app). Removed "powered by Tapatalk" string across all apps. Removed square avatar border app-wide.
