Scrap Metal Forum MOBILE

Used to use it all the time. Was great. Updated to a Galaxy S7 and I can no longer connect or log in. Hasn't been updated since 2013 so I'm thinking there's a little fixing up that needs to be done here.

Do I have to make an account through web browser first?? Looks like a sweet little forum for metal guys!, but through the app I keep getting "connection error" when I try to log in or quick reply. Please help me out....5* all day if I could post!

Downloaded on Samsung galaxy j3 emerge. Tried using log in, said client information missing. Tried using the "skip for now" button to access the forum without login, got the same message. Deleted app and installed again. Tried both oprions, same result. I'm running android version 6.0.1 if that matters. Love the site online, no big deal that the app won't work, but a little sad. lol

On my SGS3 Verizon stock 4.1.1, and Nexus 7 the app crashes lately every time I access it. As far as being fake, the members of this forum are just like you and me and are extremely knowledgeable in regards to metal scrapping. This forum is an A+ forum, and better than advertised.

Only the second app IV ever rated 5 stars. Nice work!

The app and forum worked seamlessly for months, i learned alot.. and met some good people.. (however) the app, either since rooting my motion, or underclocking/overclocking ... has stopped functioning. It runs for 5sec and stops, heeeeeellllllp!

Installed and filled out form to register. Kept getting an error stating I had no permission to do what I was. Silly. Waste of my time.
