Vaya Meter

Can't log in and extremely non user friendly. Takes forever to load. Seems like we are just forced to check our usage via a browser. Vaya should focus less on graphic design and more on providing a useful service to its customers

The app gets the job done however it takes forever to load. If you go to do something else for a second you also have to log back in again when you return. Hopefully the devs can speed it up a bit. Will make it quite useful.

No point wasting your data downloading it as it doesn't even start up. Sending complaints doesn't seem to help either..and why should it.. the more often you exceed your limit the better the business.

Quicker to check my account using the website. App keeps loading with no results. Used to load OK previously but not any more. Nexus 5 - Stock 6.0

This app is useless i can't login. Every time i try to login it keep loading and loading.... better to go online to see my data usage... this is crap.

Was skeptical about the app at first after reading all the bad reviews. Installed the app, working fine for me and it does it's job. Happy with the network's service and pricing too after switching from Vodafone.

Main thing I want is to see how much data I have left and what date it renews. App fails to do that. Has the data usage, but it isn't obvious how many days are left. Show me a chart of my burn rate and whether or not, at the current rate, I'll have enough data for the month so that I can decrease usage if needed. Also, I'm not sure what you wrote it in, but it's dog slow. I'm guessing some sort of hybrid web / phone tech. Don't. The user experience is terrible!! :-(

Extremely useless... WTH Vaya has developed? always loading while backgrounding the login page, if it is not complete, DO NOT RELEASE!!!

You're better off just using a Web browser. Don't bother with this app until Vaya (Amaysim) fixes or releases a reliable version.

Takes a while to load and isn't updated very regularly. Usage can be delayed up to 48 hours, but the actual business is great and incredibly cheap

Yeah slow to load sometimes but does its job. Cant expect much from phone companies but. Good deal on the price though!

Used to work when I first installed it. Now just hangs and never loads. Waste of time.

This is a fairly useless app as you can't monitor usage. Please build out this functionality. Would be great to have a widget you can add to the home screen too.

Freezes. Out of date info. Useless.

Worked ok for the first couple of weeks, then just wouldn't load past the login screen. I ended up uninstalling and just creating a shortcut to the website, which works fine.

Hangs on the login screen. Cannot proceed, can't use the app.

This app is terrible! Slow and gives inaccurate readings of usage! Have to use data reader on device to make sure I don't go over. Would not trust this app reading after 50%

I'm confused over the purpose of this. I was hoping for a usage widget giving me live usage data or at least an app that will bring that straight up. This just logs you into your account like the website - what's the point?

absolutely crap! Hardly works. Support staff are just as useless

This is not I expected from Vaya. Completely a waste of time. Never load it properly. Please fix.

It just seems to embed the mobile web interface except it's worse since the contact telephone link doesn't work in the app but works fine when using Chrome to use the web interface directly. No widget to display usage. Easier to just access web interface directly. No widgets, no alerts.

This app needs a lot more work and effort put into it. Start page won't even load anymore. You couldn't do anything within the app. It has a horrible and confusing interface which is difficult to navigate and find things.

All week the app haa been display to wait for an update. Now it doesn't even start. Just another example of Vaya questionable customer services. How are customers supposed to manage their usage?

This is one of the worst app I have ever seen in my life. Basically it doesn't do anything. Most terrible app.

The application is now working on 5.1.1. However the usability of this application is extremely poor. You must wait for it load (download new data) the next screen each time. You guys need to find a way to do this without annoying the users! Won't comment further until this is addressed.

The app continuously says loading but never loads, can't use it at all

I'm not normally one to rate an app poorly for not running on my phone, but it's clearly not running on anybody's phone. Even when it used to work though, it seemed to just display the Vaya website. As great as Vaya's plans are, they have fallen short when it comes to easy tracking of data. I'll be sticking to Android's data tracking functionality, and checking the Vaya website occasionally to make sure it's tracking it similarly.

I uninstalled it right away. Very poor. It uses the same user interface / look as their mobile format website site - (cumbersome and ugly) only it takes a lot longer to load any data than their website. Worst of all, there is no Widget to let you track usage at a glance. . I'll stick with the unofficial app by 'Stellarhand' - which is a bit heavy on the data usage but at least it's useful.

This app worked fine beforehand. Please address this asap

Vaya Meter is a bit slow but it worked for me, whereas the other Vaya app did not work with my device. And when I really needed to check data use, that was great. If you're familiar with the web interface it's similar.

The sole purpose of me downloading this app is to monitor my use of credit and data on my mobile throughout the month. This app isn't doing that at all. It's slow, highly inefficient and most importantly, it shows inaccurate data. Basically, it doesn't do anything except take up space on your phone. Extremely disappointed. Get it together Vaya.

Has been more than a month and the app can't be used because it says that it is being updated. Not good enough..

No widget feature available to put onto your phones screen instead of having to dig around the app Slow loading

Once was a great app then suddenly won't load anymore. Has become very slow. Fix issues of not loading and connection speed then i may change rating. Till issues are fixed will be using web browser.

Just stays on the loading screen perpetually. Needs fixing ASAP.

I have four services on one account. Works perfectly. Jeez.

Worked once, then would not load, got stuck on a never ending loop. Don't waste your time
