Google pixel cannot connect to Riley. Can't get past the instructions page :( please help

it works great once you realize that is not compatible with all Routers.... they should indicate that in their troubleshooting section of their website and the included instructions.... took me 4 days to figure that out....prior to getting a connection to my other wifi router ...l had already decided to return it for a refund.

I've only had Riley for a day, but got him up and running quickly. There are a few things I immediately noticed that I think the developers should consider adding/changing in the app: 1) "Add Existing Riley" on the pairing menu to add from local network, 2) add speed adjustments for up and down camera and left/right turning speed (too sensitive), 3) make joysticks where you can drive and turn at same time, 4) drive/track object by pressing on screen, 5) Add automatic IR. Other than that, so far so good.

Works as advertised. After any reset, It seems like you have to connect thru WiFi first before it let's you connect through 3g. Once I figured that out, "Riley" has proven itself extremely reliable for checking on my elderly parent when she doesn't answer the phone. Thank you so much for making such an affordable and effective device

I do love this, but it would be cool to have some type of programming, like a patrol that's set up by the user and return back to the charger. Also, if you could fine tune the controls, that would be awesome as well.

The app works fine it also works on my desk top. Just download the Sircam_CMS and the Device Viewer put in your user name and password, that's it the software connect to your cameras on your network.

My phone is Nexus 6p with 7.0 Android N. Phone can't connect to Riley.

Stuck on instructions screen. The app is stuck on the instructions screen. even though the phone is connected to the robot's wifi - the app does not proceed. Nexus 6P. Android N.

Riley auto discovery needs to be added or an account based system. The controls are too imprecise and you can only go forward or left for example. Need to be able to go forward while turning slightly. Need controller support.

The robot is not compatible with many routers. Without a support guide or troubleshooting tips it is hard to resolve issues when they arise
