About Auto Playlist
Auto Playlist is a "Play by Folder" add-on that works with all music players. For each of your music folders on the SD card, an automatic playlist is created, which will always be up-to-date. (The playlists appear in your music player application.)
Auto Playlist is fully automatic. After installation, start it once and exit. You are done! Whenever you change your music files on the memory card, Auto Playlist will silently update the playlists in the background.

- How do I use Auto Playlist?

- How do I select the folders and songs?
- You don't. Auto Playlist finds all folders and all songs on your SD card. You get one playlist for each folder.
- I added new songs to the SD card, how do I update the lists?
- Do nothing. Auto Playlist will detect the changes and update the playlists.
- Can I edit/delete the @-lists?
- You can, but Auto Playlist will undo your changes eventually.
- Where are the playlists?

Creates lists faster than any other I've had. Generally though I like my music sorted by Title... but no such option. Exists... still it's an improvement over others I've tried

Superb! Simply awesome. I was looking for something EXACTLY as this. extremely simple, from download to creating over 100 playlist was done in less than 1 min, no kidding. Kudos to the developer for developing such a wonderful app.

This app does one of two things with a folder of music files I just copied to my phone: 1) It creates new playlist for EACH SONG (using @-playlists...whatever those are). 2) Absolutely nothing. If I turn off the @-lists....it does NOT create a new playlist with my new folder of files. I will uninstall. This app does not help me in any way. Update: Since uninstalling this, I tried another app promising the same functionality. It did the same thing...created a new playlist for each song even though they were all in just one folder :( Perhaps the problem is with my files as they all originated from iTunes, or something else weird about my setup. The developer of this app has contacted me and is eager to resolve problems. That...and the fact that another app had the same problem....prompted me to write an update to my original review. Try this app if you like. It seems to work for most people. If not...simply uninstall.

AMAZINGLY PERFECT. MY SKY 5.5 platinum keeps telling me music has stopped when I tapped on a song. This is the answer for me. I would pay for it after testing if that was the case. GABOR VARGA,sir I lift my hat to you, keep up the good work.Could u add a stop icon that would stop and reset the music that would be playing. When the pause is used it stays that way forever.
