Does exactly what it sayes It does and nothing more. Needs to be updated to recognize all programs and maybe reroute notifications you only sometimes want to see to a header in the app itself if possible and it would be better. But a good start. No permissions.. nice.

It lists apps that can push notification, offering a button to open the app info panel so the option can be toggled. Unfortunately, it doesn't show which apps have the option on or off, neither allows toggling the options right in the app (maybe both could only be achieved in a rooted device, I don't know, but then again, that makes this app very much useless).
