It's great. As with most anything, you'll get the most out of it if you read the manual. It's a quick read, and it's worth the effort if you're actually interested in improving your archery skills.

I use Artemis all the time for my shooting. It's the best app I've used. New features are always appearing.

This is the best training app out there. The manual is extensive and detailed. I had been using this app just for scores until I read the manual. It prompted me to upgrade to premium and it is the best bang for your buck with regard to Archery gear. My only request is for the sight advice feature to somehow have a way to give advice based off string alignment to the sight aperture rather than the bow. That is probably not possible but at least the app opened my eyes to how much I actually have to move my sight, even though it's not 100% accurate to my string alignment.

Easily mistaken for (yet another) scoring app at first glance. But entering scores is only the beginning for this app. From there, it uses The power of Math(tm) to identify individual and overall attention points regarding the archer and his/her gear. Sight settings, arrow performance, performance per shot, on different distances, over time, extrapolation to other distances, etc. The learning curve is a bit steep(ish) and reading the manual is a must. Suggestion: the app could really benefit from some basic and advanced Youtube tutorials. Especially some real-life examples on what to use the query system for, and how, will probably help a lot of current and future users.

Great app! Upgraded to premium, well worth the small fee. Such a lot of useful features. Thank you for such an excellent training tool.

I like the new upgrades. For the Callender though, it would be nice to be able to schedual in things like upcoming tournaments, prep days, workout days, coach sessions, goals, form and equipment changes, etc. Having something that I can use to schedual my training. Using something like this so that I can make weekly reports to my coach would be great.

Great archery app. The clearly written user manual is a plus to get the full use of the app.

I have been using for a while now with the premium version and have seen it grow and improve with regular support and updates. I only really use it for recording scores shot at my club but still prefer Artemis to other apps and think that the premium update is good value. I would love to be able to save personal custom rounds though, rather than creating each time, such as 3dz at 20m which is all i have time for on indoor club evenings. Great app. I must learn other features though.

Still better than anyting else that's available.

Best app out there for archery

This is a great tool for improving your scores, or just to record them. Having multiple setups is no problem, it is easy to manage and gives lots of information and tips.

If you take archery wsy seriously you have to get this app if you have a coach you have to get this app if you love archery you have to get this app

Don't let the “Lite” part of the name mislead you; this is the most robust archery app available for Android platforms. Start small with the free “Lite” version to record your shooting scores. There are steep and daunting learning and setup curves you will encounter. (Just to tally your scores, there are other apps that are easier to use.) In Artemis, you define the parameters of your Bow, Bow-setup, Quiver and Sight. In Bow-setup, for example, not only do you specify the sight and bow, but you then set the Eye-pin distance, Draw weight, Brace height, and other setting. (Not all of these entries are mandatory.) Fortunately, there is a 140 page user manual to guide you along the way. If you are a serious archer and want to improve, this is the app for you. Start with “Lite” and then upgrade to the “Premium” version to take advantage of all this app has to offer. For example, Artemis can warn you if it thinks there may be damage to one of your arrows. The app offers advice on sight adjustments. (The advice is so good, using it during Word Archery competition is outlawed.) Start small with this app, then gradually increase your usage to really make it work for you.

Developer answers requests and supports the app. Well worth buying the Premium for the analysis.

Best app for serious target archers!

Is there a possibilty or interest to create multiple archers training or competition in one mach, that would create cumulative chart for such a session at the and of it. Like multiplayer, it would be great improvment, and it would help a lot with keeping scores in duals. Or ability to inpout scores from aplication of another archer, and blend the in one cumulative chart as in competition... Sorry if i'm not clear enough in presenting my idea, i hope i transferd it clear enough.One match, multiple archers :)

I really like this app. It works exceedingly well with the Note 4. It has really helped my game, and I have been very satisfied. How does one get the "pro" version?

I love it, but I'm having alot of trouble figuring out the analyzing. Is there some sort of tutorial out there?

Want to try this app but bow setup is a red-x... have read the manual and seems it should work out of the box on lite??? Update: the good old reinstall seems to have sorted it (now got bow setup option) and after a couple of exits of the app I now have match options too. thanks for the quick reply :) Update2: Portsmouth round scores incorrectly - 10 (not x) is marked as 9 on mine. :(

Better than anyting else that's available.

It's been useful it found a faulty arrow that without very close inspection I wouldn't have found. I'd like to see more choice in the analysis ie 60cm faces etc
