It works, but I get tired of having to turn it off just so a purchase I am trying to make will go through. I'm tempted to quit using it altogether, but I don't want a repeat of the last time my card was compromised.

Balance hasn't changed in weeks and you can't see deposits on it or direct deposits. Thinking strongly about getting rid of this app. More of a pain, then a convince.

I am sick of having some techno weenie tell me that I have to remember a password that is more complicated than Mandarin Chinese. Let me use the password that works for me, not the one that works for you. I have to have this app to work with my bankcard. I wouldn't have it on my phone for any other reason. I would immediately pick a different app if one was available.

This is the best app. I just love it.. I turn on the turn off. Two Thumbs Up...

My available balance hasn't changed in 3 days, so it useless as a banking app if doesn't accurately reflect the current balance

Got a new phone and can't recover my acct. since I have it set to remember my username I didn't enter that regularly but my password I used daily for app. The only option to recover is by username. Sucks and I'm just going to uninstall. Was a good app for keeping track of my expenses.

I work for a credit union who's members use this app. And we have no technical support for this. No number. Nothing. Our members our pissed. We need technical support for customers.

Will not hold password into memory, only user name. Every alert you must re login. That is what the pin is for, so people are not looking over your shoulder when you login. I must put in password and new pin every time I go to check an alert. That is very bad.

I really liked this app until I changed phones. I can't remember my username and I can't find an option to recover it. :(

I am not getting the alerts as I should whenever my card or my husbands card is being used and there is no way to get in touch with anybody as there is no number for technical support

Forgot password. Tried multiple times and never received an email to reset it. Not user friendly.

Too bad I can't give it zero stars! Installed the app and tried to log in with user name and password I'd just created and the app tells me I need to login using valid user name and password. Tried calling the 3rd party app admin and am told to call my credit union, my credit union couldn't help me with it either. Do not recommend this app to anyone.

Love this app very usefull

It sends me false alerts on a daily. I check to see what the alert is and I get booted from the screen and have to login again. I log in and I have no alerts or transaction. This app is only good for monitoring my balance and that's it. Mobile bank teller

Got new banks cards said to use this app and app keeps saying service unavaible?
