Kept on saying loading for 24 hrs .Very very poor quality..Tested for 2-3 days but did nothing.

Must be able to upload by whole folder from phone to HDD, currently need to tag each file in phone for upload. Please improve the app. Thanks.

Good application for Docking Station Internal HDD

After recent update, this becomes really useful because it began to support .mkv files.. It saves a lot of hard drive space on your computer. You can put those big files(like videos and music) in a hard drive. And then access it wirelessly. And it also supports .mkv file, which is excellent! update on 11/26/2014: I recently bought an Amazon Fire Stick, and use nexStar to access the videos in my hard drive. This is amazing! So I rate 5 stars to this app today! By the way, I use nexstar on my macbook air, iPad, android, and fire stick. All work good! Only thing it misses is that it does NOT support subtitles for those videos. But this is understandable~

worthless, unable to connect pc for over a day then still can't connect with android, didn't even try my mac

The problem with this app is the formats it claims it supports but doesn't (mostly .MKV) the upload and download feature work well. I mostly use the ES File Explorer to stream my music and videos to my devices. A brilliant device ruined by a sloppy app. Please fix.

The app is useful but the user documentation is skimpy. I still am trying to figure out how to copy files from phone to hard disk in the Nexstar wi fi dock

Not much use

Please fix the application, add the features and update the firmware! From now on I use ES Explorer to browse my hard drive instead of this application.

Bought unit but downloaded app to smart tv box, tablet and phone does'nt even see HDD even on laptop ip does'nt work unit is only picked up on pc once you've plugged in usb sigh ive got five usb docks already

Bought the Nexstar Wifi HD dock, installed the app and it just doesn't work. I can browse file contents on the dock and select files but nothing plays. None of the allegedly supported file formats play. This is absolute junk. The developers need to fix this app.
