أشياء يفعلها الرسول قبل النوم

من السنن المنسية في أيامنا هذه : سنن ما قبل النوم. فللأسف الشديد فالبعض منا ينسى أن تطبقها و البعض يجهلها. إنها سنن ما قبل النوم التي كان يقوم بها الرسول صلى الله عليه و سلم. إنها تحفظ الإنسان عند النوم و تعينه أثناء النهار في عمله. نقوم في هذا التطبيق بعرض هذه السنن آملين أن نقدم خدمة للمسلم و نساعده حتى يعلم و يعمل بهذه الأعمال التي واظب الرسول صلى الله عليه و سلم القيام بها قبل نومه. إن قراءة بعض السور و الآيات من القرأن بالإضافة إلى الأدعية لهي خير حافظ بإذن الله للمسلم أثناء النوم. فبادر أخي المسلم إلى تطبيقها و جعلها عادة لك كل يوم قبل النوم.

التسبيح و التحميد و التكبير
قراءة سور صغيرة و آيات من القرأن
الدعاء
نفض الفراش
