Diamond Mobile for Android
Only because my clients insist on paying through diamond I would have abandon using this app. May glitches and issues, severally sent transfers twice upon one pin entry. Many times will refuse to work when one is in emergency. Owners should get up to the task to make this app reliable, enjoyable and safe.
Bugs and glitches. Can really disappoint you when you need it the most. Lost a lot of clients cos of you guys. They told me the technical team is working on it...4 hours later still saying "error under maintenance". A bank of your stature shouldn't be having this type of prolonged issues.
I don't get why you deactivate people's profile with the excuse that they did not use the app for a long time. Do you expect people to spend money every hour just in the name of using a bank app ???? Made me stress myself to transport to the bank for reactivation. At the end of the day, I still have to wait another 24hours before I can re-register. Not nice. Not nice at all
Dear developers, please fix this app. After the previous upgrade, I now have to manually type my power meter number when I want to purchase tokens. I try to save it and I keep getting the error message already exist. It's frustrating
I downloaded this app trying to register, no option of selecting register with debit card. It kept on requesting for internet banking id which I can't get. I called customer care and they couldn't provide solution to it. Do something about this app to serve your customers.
I'm beyond frustrated using this app. It's slow, unresponsive and your transactions end up taking ages before its successful. Mobile apps are supposed to be useful especially in cases of emergency. I'm currently stranded because I can't do a simple transfer.
Fix balance refresh bug. I've seen too many negative comments about the app, most of which I think are unfair. As an experienced user of many different banking apps, I'll say the app performs its basic functions very well. However, the developer needs to continue to improve the app and fix known/reported bugs. Fix the problem with balance not being updated after a transaction until the user closes and reopens the app.
Very good app. It makes my transactions very easy since I installed and activated the app. I don't really know what happens to others, going by the comments... But I have been enjoying the app for all I do with the bank. However, there's always room for improvement.
Your app has been inefficient for days now. I cant transfer nor conduct any transaction. This is very poor service. Kindly fix this ASAP
This is just the best of all Apps. It's magnificent design and layout outstands the rest. Ease and convenience of service thrills my marrows. And it is user friendly. Infact i can't just be without doing one or more thing with this app. Kudos Diamond bank.
This is a useless app. I have tried to register and it wouldn't work. I have called customer care several times, use! I have even gone to the bank twice but still no use!
That's all. Pity excuse for an update. Now I can't even access my account for basic transactions. Sucks big time
The most useless banking app I have ever seen on plastered and in Nigeria. Diamond ko, gravel ni. Can't even login. One has to tap an option more than 5 times before it becomes responsive. What a shame you cannot even get good app developers. Frustrating app
Please improve on the option to retrieve forgotten internet login ID.. It keeps saying invalid bank account/card number.. Please fix that.. Been calling customer care but no help.. I would have given it 5 stars but fix diz 1st..
I'm so in love with the Esusu platform that allows me to save monthly. It saved me alot from undue embarrassment. Banking has never been this interesting.
This app sucks... After transfer of app to my new device and registration, it's doesn't seem to login, just keeps loading.... Eventually if the transfer is successful,the balance doesn't seem to refresh... Please fix all bugs and work on it... I thinks it's only faulty to those of us on Android 6.0+
I hate this app A lot. I lost so much this morning as a result of this app. I'm definitely moving on to another bank. rubbish app
It is a complete waste of data downloading this app. It is USELESS! You guys should go learn from First bank.
The worst bank ever for domiciliary account, you keep being debited twice or more per transaction. You send them mail and they will reply saying till after three months before your fund get back to your account. What!. Too many errors on my account. I don't trust them one bit as I have to always check my balance which definitely comes with one error or the other. So sad! What a bank! P.S You guys should go and learn from other banks. Where excessive funds deduced are return within 24hours. #shikena
App has made my life easier, but there is a very important issue that should be addressed. Generate receipt functionality under self-service is not working. The process will be concluded successfully, but no receipt is ever generated.
I'm very happy with this apps, because it make me banking on my bed, no more spending money for keke nappes. I'm suggesting all those who has no this app to download their own in time.

I regretted updating the app. I can't do anything with it ever since I updated please fix the issue Asap
Am still wondering how long it till take Diamond Bank to add Fingerprint to its Mobile App. Recent devices (android and iOS)are now fingerprint compatible, please add this feature so it will enable users to login and Authenticate transfer. Fingerprint is fast and secured please take advantage of the innovations mobile manufacturers are bringing to this tech age.
Please this app takes time to load or even access it's so not reliable rather it's frustrating.. Please work on it

This app is the worst among other banking apps. You can't see your previous banking transaction that is up to 7 days or more. You don't have access to online customer service, just as in other banking apps. Your current balance does not reflect immediately after a given transaction unlike other banks' app. Transactions done on the counter doesn't reflect on the mobile app. It doesn't give you an option to generate receipt after transaction, meanwhile generating a receipt of previous transactions is no working. Diamond Bank should do something fast to fix all these and other challenges I couldn't mention, before I start looking elsewhere.
This is one of the best financial apps around so far. The only issue I have with it is that it doesn't have finger print sign on. If it did, it's a 5 star for me
The app hangs a lot, at times when in urgent need to make use of the app one will end up getting frustrated! Please fix it
The worst banking app yet, changed devices 4 times, install app and can't register my account on the web portal nor the app. I have to keep calling customer service to look into the situation. As a tech savvy individual, this is frustrating.
It's good but not perfect. Especially when in in great need. Even today at 15:05 medical bills to be transferred failed and i was debited. Am not happy. Kindly work on it please.
Don't know why I updated, should have remained with my former diamond mobile app, now I can't do transactions on the updated app oh my my
The app refused to open after updating, this is one of the many issues apart from sending transfers twice or thrice with one pin entry. Highly frustrating!
The all doesn't work on my phone. The interface is unstable and you can't access anything with it. I can only use older versions.
After updating, the app, it misbehaves on a whole different level. From misrepresentation of phases of transaction to completely defaced or blank user interface. The programer was in such a hurry to get paid this time.
The app is fantastic but pls this new version doesn't refresh the balance after each transaction. I had to download the old version again since that one refreshes balance. And also can they add biometrics to the security options or login options. So it would be like gtworld and fidelity mobile app too.
Simply the worst banking app I have come across. Unable to login for days on end. Staff have zero clue what they are talking about. Big let down.
Diamond app is very effective especially the chat room... Were you can table all transaction problem and it is resolved instantly.... #PERFECT
This app renders terribly on devices that run android 4 down. Transitions between screens are terrible

It is a good app but diamond bank should discontinue the policy of deactivating a customers app account if he/she doesn't use it in a week. How do you encourage a customer to save when every week he/she has to look at what is in their accounts. It is wrong and typical of a Nigerian company to take their customers for granted.
