With more than 200 beautician & makeup artist in Delhi NCr & Mumbai, VanityCube (Salon comes home) is the most popular salon provider in India. With a quick and smooth sign in process, it wont take you long to book your first at home salon services with us.
How It Works :
1. Book at home beauty services via our App
2. You will receive a booking confirmation with your total bill value and beautician or makeup artist who is going to come for service
3. Beauticians carry all the required tools and machinery for the service. You wont have to give them anything except water
4. They will convert your home into a mini salon & all these services will be mess free and will keep your home neat and clean the way it was before
5. Once the services are over, you can give your feedback online and can do the payment
6. Every beautician carries an ID card, VanityCube kit, wear our uniform and is duly verified by the us.
7. Home salon services can be accessed anytime between 9 AM to 9 PM on all seven days of the week.
Payment
1. You can book your services online and can do the online payment directly
2. If you don't wish to pay online directly, you can pay once you have availed the services
3. If in any case you cancel your appointment but have paid online, your money will be refunded within 4-5 working days.

You can book our therapists and makeup artists on the app and pay securely through PayUMoney. We will bring our services to where ever you need: Office, apartment, hotel room or even a hospital room.

Security : It is the most important element in our business and we make sure both our customer and staff are safe and secure while they are using VanityCube at home services. For Customer Security all our beauticians are police verified. They are also verified by their permanent address, reference from their last job & criminal verification. All the girls carry id card, wear VanityCube branded tshirt and carry VanityCube branded bags. VanityCube for Corporate
We also provide at office beauty services for corporate where the focus is on express services which last no more than 15 min. We just require a conference room to setup our service station and we are good to go.

There is though only one thing missing. In the hair section there is no option for getting hair curling done. Pathetic Experience. Yesterday I called vanity cube girl at my place for waxing service. It was so pathetic to a next level. She burned my hands so badly & after writing an email nobody bother to response me on email nor I got a callback from them. I don't think they believe in customer satisfaction. I'll never call you guys again. And whatever I have paid I did not got a bill of Ack nor your app gives me any status of completion of my services. Poor service & technology.

The service is good. We must pamper ourselves no matter how busy we are. Vanity Cube has come up with interesting concept of getting the beauty treatment at the comfort of the home. I took a package and though the service lady was good other people i dealt with on phone were ridiculous. Firstly they sent bad Rica wax that caked on my skin leaving Bad RASHES. I liked the user interface, but improvisation is needed. Like instead of using clip art on the offers tag, pictures can be used, It helps to engage more customers instead of making it boring. Plus after clicking on the offer customer should be able to see what goes on in that service to educate customer about the service. again services can also be made more interactive by adding pictures. Finally I must say, It's a great one of a kind app
