Rental Yield Calc

This app is a useful tool for landlords to assess the economic attractiveness of a rental property. It will calculate rental yields based on the property info like acquisition cost, downpayment, principal & interest payments, management fee, insurance, property taxes, % of year unoccupied. The user can either specify a required rent or a required yield on the property. The net rental yield and cash on cash yield are all before tax yields. After-tax yields would covered in future upgrades to the app.
