Kallio Block Party

Kallio Block Party on Helsingin katukuvan ja tajunnan kerran vuodessa räjäyttävä ainutlaatuinen festivaali. Jo kuudennen kerran järjestettävä tapahtuma valtaa Kallion kaupunkilaisten omaksi juhlaKalueeksi jälleen lauantaina 6.8. Täysin vapaaehtoisvoimin toteutettava kaupunkifestivaali täyttää Kallion kadut ja puistot ihmisistä, musiikista, katutaiteesta, hyvästä ruuasta ja yhdessä tekemisen ilosta. Tänä vuonna festivaalialue ulottuu Ympyrätalolta ja Tokoinrannasta Porthaninkadulle ja Linjoille. Tapahtumalla ei ole aitoja eikä pääsymaksua, vaan kaikki ovat tervetulleita!

Tänä vuonna tapahtumaa on uudistettu yksilöllisempään ja intiimimpään suuntaan: musiikkilavat ovat pienempiä, niitä on enemmän ja ne levittäytyvät laajemmalle alueelle kuin koskaan. Ohjelman painopisteenä ovat nousevat kyvyt ja tuoreet, kiinnostavat esiintyjät. Musiikin lisäksi luvassa on muun muassa katusirkusta, tanssia, stand upia, runoutta ja skeittausta. Lasten Block Party @alueella järjestetään ohjelmaa lapsille klo 14-18.

Kallio-liikkeen toimeenpanema ilmaistapahtuma järjestetään kokonaan vapaaehtoisvoimin, eikä kukaan järjestäjistä saa palkkaa tai muita tuloja. Kallio Block Party toteutetaan aina hyvässä yhteistyössä eri viranomaisten kanssa, ja kaupunkitapahtumille asetettujen vaatimusten mukaisesti.

Kallio Block Party is blowing streets of Helsinki image and consciousness once a year, a unique festival. Already for the sixth time organized event in the power of his own juhlaKalueeksi Kallio townspeople again on Saturday 6.8.
