Valley First CU for Android
One star is too much for this app and bank. App is buggy, crashes, always have to sign more than once, mobile deposit rarely works. Always doing maintenance so when my kids are away and need money transferred, we can't do it. Emailed multiple times with zero responses. The branches are getting worse as well. My whole family has banked there for over 20 years however we are all switching to Golden1. Goodbye VF.
I see all the bad reviews and I'm shocked I've never had any of the problems listed. I wonder if it may be thr persons phone and not the app.
it keeps freezing, this is my third try within 15minutes... i have to redo everything again.. smh.. So annoying, an so is the Bank itself. Dont know Why i switched to VFC
Trying to deposit a check on a Sunday afternoon before I head out of town for the week .no luck with this app . fix it and maybe you won't have a two-hour wait time at all the branches for simple check deposit

When you need it the most you can't access the application. ...it sucks!!! It takes too long to load, my dead grandmother pouring molasses is faster than this sorry ass app!!!!
Most the time wont load up.. works much better just opening it on the mobile browser
App always crashes have to sign in more than once. And once it finally starts to open it takes forever to load accounts
The only thing I would add is allow me to transfer money from my checking Savings 401k, mutual, brokerage, account thank you for good customer service
Bad online banking experience. Always uner maintenance. No finger print login. Glitches out. Wrong balances.
This app needs alot of work.

It has never worked for more the a day, constant load in problems this is the worst app I have ever downloaded.
I used to love VF. I'd give the app and the bank 2 stars for many reasons. Email verification required every time I sign in and I always have to sign in twice. The amount of data accessible is less than desired. It's become a headache having Valley First now that the employees must communicate to somewhere else by online chat in order to handle anything. This increases the transaction and wait times.
I see something I want, not sure if I have enough funds. I open the APP, like it does everytime and the magic happens. Love it, it does what I need. Thank you Valley First CU for allowing me to be a member of such a outstanding financial institution.
Deleted this crap app because it never loaded and i couldn't do the online/picture deposit. I was told the app updated and that it's there now and there is a little camera at the bottom of the page (the app help page said there is a Deposit Check option) and there is nothing. Laame
Downloaded the update, restarted device, and the mobile deposit still doesn't work right! Get new I.T. or fix it right! Driving to bank to deposit a check shouldn't be necessary!

I press the button to log in, and the loading screen never goes away, then after a bit it directs me to log in again. No thanks.
How do you deposit checks?
Can't deposit checks with it, even though it says you can. I think the app is just a web browser link to their website.
Before the update it was fine now it's completely unusable

This app hadn't been updated in years then when it finally was it just got worse. Slow, buggy, mobile deposit NEVER works. Emailed CS several times with zero response. Very close to dropping Valley First for this and numerous other reasons.
Since the last update, the app crashes 90% of the time upon first opening. Inconsistent values with incorrect dates are a common recurrence. Seems like VFCU is doing "maintenance" on their system every other week now for the last 5-6 weeks... Not pleased but, patiently waiting for it to get fixed...
I used to use the app all the time and ever since they updated it I have had nothing but problems. I rarely use it anymore because everytime I try to use it, it wont load or it kicks me off! I have uninstalled and re-installed it several times........Im done using it. Its garbage and a waste of space on my phone!
How does a banking app suck so much in 2016?! It just says loading half the time and won't let you on. Trying to deposit a check? Good luck. Can't connect to the camera 99% of the time. Fire your developer and get one that can actually do the job!!!
Going to swith banks ASAP! Over the last year this bank has went to crap! App don't work Atm never works. Have no problem making $ but cannot update your equipment! Really??????
I'm literally switching banks soon because this app is totally useless. It's 2016 - most of my banking should be seamlessly mobile by now.
Don't know what all the fuss is about. works well for me though i mostly just check my balance and do transfers. had the other version of the app which was alright too, even had a cool graph, but this one is better.
Tried to deposit my check via the mobile app, camera kept crashing.. wouldnt even let my camera take a picture without the app open. Guess what? Uninstalled the app and now my camera works again... thanks for the convenience
Please make the app able to go beyond "loading".Only loads sometimes. Very frustrating. My bank info should be readily available to me.
Was great before the last 2 upgrades. PLEASE GIVE US THE OLD WORKING APP BACK!
Never runs smoothly. Always something going wrong at sometime or another.
UPDATED to lower to ONE STAR. I shouldn't have to reinstall the stupid app every time I want to use it! The previous app worked fine. Now they've 'upgraded' it and it almost never works!!! It gets to 'loading' and just stops. Way to go, VFCU! DOES ANYONE EVER READ THESE REVIEWS??? Your members are speaking... What are you doing to FIX THIS?????

Just like the bank, the app is lacking. No surprise here considering nothing comes easy with the bank, even activating a debit card is a challenge, why did I expect a working app? Customer service hangs up on me as soon as they answer, every time I call. It's just like this app that suits down when I open it.
