It won't let me log in!!!! A different review when they fix it!

"Valic App has encountered a system problem, has been noted. Please call 800 # for assistance" This appears on sign in ever since update and no help/fix when calling assistance number!

I couldn't be happier, well maybe if my mutual funds skyrocketed, lol.

This app SUCKS. I get an error message all the time when trying to log in. Hasn't been fixed in over a year. This app is a joke.

Everytime I try to log in keeps saying it has an error please fix. Once fix will give different review

Says my galaxy s7 is jail broken...and is not even unlocked let alone rooted.

Needs to be updated, unusable since it says my device is 'jailbroken'.

Thinks my phone has been jailbroken and fails. Phone is as it was purchased and not tampered with.

Apparently it thinks my Nexus 6P is Jailbroken (primarily an iPhone term). Phone has bootloader unlocked but not rooted so pretty surprised it won't go past the loading screen. The Valic App team should relearn their terminology for each system since unlocked bootloader is not the same as Jailbroken by any means.

Mobile app encounters error...worked maybe a couple of times . I Keep updating app but still get error.

Force-closes every time you try to open it on a Samsung Galaxy Mega. Download was effortless and non-problematic, just can't open it to use it.

I also have the Samsung Galaxy Mega and I also have the same problem. Can't really give a rating to something I can't use.

I really like this app, lets me stay current with my account.

I was using wikiinvest to access my valic account. That access through wikiinvest has been shutdown. I preferred that app over this one because of the information it provided on the markets, market news and how the app charted my valic performance with the. Take a look a the Wikiinvest app and see how you can make this one better. Until then, please allow me to use Wikiinvest. As an IT professional, there are no security issues with the read only acces I had with Wikiinvest. Certainly no less secure than this app.

I like being able to watch my VALIC balances, and this app would be perfect if it would close after use instead of remaining open in the background.

This application should close when the user exits. According to advanced task killer it is still running.

It's great being able to check my account on the go. Thanks VALIC for the app!
