Caltrain Droid

This supposedly updated app is still using the old pre-April 10th schedule.

First things first. I love that this app will automatically switch between weekday and weekend schedule. But it is absolutely unacceptable that it switches before the last train of the day for with north or south bound trains. And this saddens me. I have been using this app for 6 years

The timetable is incorrect and missing stops. It was accurate previously, but now the times are off and stops I make are not listed for trains I take.

I really like this app. I tell it my start and end stations and it tells me what train to catch to get there.

Unfortunately, this app does not update with Caltrain's holiday/modified schedules. If it did, it'd be a 5-star app.

Don't bother with other caltrain apps... This is the best.

Good interface, but is missing schedules for shuttles between stations.

Does what it says it does. And I dunno about the people complaining here but the two times the schedule changed, my auto update settings updated to the new times the day they went into effect around 3 am. Also short of going to a station and looking at their boards, there is no way to get current delays. So I wonder how you all think some free, ad free, android app developer is going to make something that the actual system doesn't even have. Love this app. It has never failed me in 2+ years. Thank you!!!

What good is an outdated time schedule?

Wish it showed current delays. Also it'd be nice if there was a way to view the full schedule of a train.

how can you be a functional Caltrain app when your schedule isn't even up to date?! I relied on this app and it totally let me down. it would also be nice if it would let me know if there would be any delays. I uninstalled this app for being a waste of space and time.

Very simple and clean UI. No ads and special permissions.

Very good app. Does what it says it does easily and efficiently. Some features I would like to see: 1) When I click on a train I would like to see that train's full schedule including all the stops made by that train; and 2) news about delays.

Nice app but useless if not up to date. Caltrain has updated train schedules so the app needs to stay current!

Simple easy to use time tables for Caltrain. Exactly what I wanted. No extra fluff.

Just missed a train leaving San Jose because the app had the old departure time

Does not match Caltrain PDF for weekday Redwood City to CA Avenue.

It does what it claims to with a reasonable interface.

Really useful and easy to use. The app would be a little bit better if the detail train view also showed you which stops your train takes between the destination and the origin.

I love this app but it confuses me occasionally because it switches to the weekend schedule on Friday night so I'm shown a Saturday night schedule on Friday night.

Have been using it for over 2 months now. Never had an issue. It is very simple and easy to use with no network access needed.

Good app. Train numbers aren't always correct but everything else is good. Use it daily.
